I personal had a bad experienced with them I promised this not the stored to invested in not the best ppl to talked to the guy André bad attitude not too pleasant bad for business when a new customer can’t called and asked questions without a person employee being rude for no reason! Sad ? all the good reviews ppl had to know him personally this store Hueytown buddy’s not it at all I wouldn’t be surprised if they be shut down within the next year I tried to support black businesses they need get it together!

I had a great experience from the minute I walked through the door , until I walked back out.The store manager and the sales manager went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I wanted. They then made sure I had the payments that were satisfactory for my budget.I was very happy with my purchase.Thank you very much for all of your help.

I've dealt with Melvin and Andre for almost 3 years ! They are like family. Highly recommend this store. But I only recommend dealing with those two. I have encountered problems with new people that come to work there , o hate dealing with new people anyway but the experience has been lovely with those two. Very nice , family like down to earth people.

The guys at the Hueytown location that helped me today were very nice and great customer service! Definitely recommend to all who are looking to get new appliances for their home! Monthly rate is absolutely amazing! I will never go anywhere else now that I have found Buddy's!

I have been a customer at Hueytown store for years. The sales manager Andre is very helpful and always greets you with a smile. The store Manager Melvin is always making sure you got what you need.I highly recommend the Hueytown store. Great people and great customer service ?
