“I own an Android phone that I was experiencing battery trouble. When I charged it, the % went down. I tried to get Walmart electronics deptto help me. They were a joke. wouldn't put a battery in it for whatever lame reason..I came to Batteries+ and a nice young fellow helped me out. I had a stroke and my speech was affected. He & I could communicate however. Walmart and especially Rodney could treat customers with respect and compassion and provide customer service like Batteries+. My hat is off to you guys. Keep up the good work.”
