“Wilks is the best and most professional shop I’ve ever been to. I originally came in for a dead battery in my 2021 GMC SIERRA. They went to work on it right away to see what caused the dead battery, tested the alternator, and even dug deeper. After discovering a broken belt and a pulley explosion, they contacted several businesses in the area to find the parts necessary to fix it; they showed us the broken parts too. We are from out of town and had to leave the next morning, and with a six year old and two large dogs, we were in a bit of a panic. They drove two hours to pick up the part for us and had it ready first thing in the morning for us. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone and will gladly be giving them business in the future for any needs I have when I come back to visit family. Great family friendly facility, respectful and caring customer service representatives, and they go the extra mile without costing and arm and a leg!”
