“I bought my truck there and it was a great buying experience. I recently brought my truck back to them for a problem I was having with the key getting stuck in ignition. Messed up and took it to another chevy dealership that was closer to my home to fix the problem, but they didn't fix it. I should have taken it to Guntersville to begin with. Lesson learned. The service department at Guntersville is top notch. They got right on it, ordered the correct part, and actually fixed my truck quicker than they originally said. “During a recent business trip from Huntsville to Gadsden, I experienced what appeared to be a serious mechanical issue with my old truck. Fortunately for me I managed to limp the old girl into Express Oil Change in Boaz. Probably even more importantly, Jacob was on duty in the service side of their operation. I told Jacob I couldn't afford a lot of money right now, passed along some info that my mechanic back home had shared and asked him to "treat me like he would treat his momma (if she'd broken down)". Well, Jacob and the crew at Express did exactly that. I was back on the road within about an hour and my total fee was just $19.99. Jacob's original assessment was going to cost me well over five hundred dollars! So, you can imagine my relief when he came up with a way for me to not only get back on the road - but to complete my mission for the day as well! I made it to my destination in Gadsden in time and returned to my headquarters in Harvest with no incident. I am very grateful to Jacob and Express Oil Change in Boaz for their honest and courteous treatment. I recommend them 100%”
