Pretty location! Plenty car/truck parking and reserved (get yours online, pay with your points). Denny's and Cinnabon. Washers, dryers and showers. Nice trucks in the South! Thanks Spiderman! "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

The service was good, the restrooms were clean as well as the shower, however the coffee was weak this morning. Pilot used to claim to have the best coffee on the interstate. This location doesn't live up to that, otherwise everything was good.

Stopped by here to get pizza & wings .. didn’t open until I got home (Big mistake) and everything was hard and cold. The wings literally were like rubber. It didn’t look old to the sight that’s why I got it. Call to let them know and the guy said only thing he can do is exchange it. Which I let him know that I was now at home and he repeated the only thing he can do is exchange it. So I paused for a couple seconds he said “hello” and by the time I begin to talk he hung up the phone. Didn’t offer an apology or nothing. The food should’ve been thrown away because I know it was way past the serving window time. Customer service 0/10. Do better Flying J!

Was down waiting 5 days on permits and load. Manager did not want me hanging around the lounge and told me so. They changed the layout to flat/matte black color do keep-up with the dark evil look of the times. All shelves and walls in trucker part are black and uninviting-at least to me. Not enough restrooms as public comes back and uses professional drivers restrooms. No enough parking for the fuel account trucks that have mandatory FJ/Pilot fueling. Dennys restaurant closes at night. Staff yelling around the store and lounge at drivers for taking too long in showers and seemed unprofessional. Not coming back there again.

lots of parking. they have laundry. very nice bathroom with showers. the attendant keeps them nice and always ready. cheers guys ? very well done

Stopped last night wife got a cup of hot water and creamer.i checked out paid full coffee price and crazy lady cleaning showers demanded to see the contents of her cup this is after I had already paid for it

I regularly stopped here in the past on a weekly basis. I came through today, and while individuals in here are typically nice, this lady felt it necessary to be rude to my face and tell me to go around all the way to the other isle to come back down 2 feet From where I was standing to get a pack of trail mix. The lady told me she was “ Stocking shelves” and purposely block The from that point forward. I reported her to the manager, but the whole store seemed lackluster in performance.
I will gladly stop at the Love’s Truck stop Across the interstate from now on.

This is the trash they try to sell at this store and when i tried to return it they wanted the whole sandwich back because i kept a piece incase i got sick from it from taking a bite thanks flying j!

I quit coming here because in the night & mornings, you can't even get fuel because they are parked every which way.. they should manage the place like it should be instead of letting drivers park where they want
