“We stopped on our way to FL. We called for availability and Stephanie was so sweet. We got to the hotel and she greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. She chatted with us during check in and made sure we had snacks and drinks for the night. She was at the front desk this morning and greeted everyone with a smile. I didn't get the name of the lady that was atrending to the breakfast area, but, she was great as well. The room & halls were clean and neat. The breakfast area was the best we've ever had. The food was fresh and well stocked. There was a great variety to choose from. It was a great stay!! These 2 ladies deserve 10 stars!! Thank you for your awesome customer service.”

“We were only in town for a day and chose this hotel as it seemed to be the best option for the price. The hotel is located downtown with not much around but still fairly close to the outskirts of the city. The check in process was smooth and the young lady was nice upon arrival. You have to pay for parking and there is limited spaces. The room was decent and I guess cleaned as best as possible. I did have to go back through and sanitize and wipe certain spots down but overall it was comfortable enough. They do offer breakfast but we opted out because it was so crowded. Overall I would potentially try them again but I definitely didn't have any major complaints.”

“Magnolia's was a wonderful experience. We stayed a few hotels over and walked over because our hotel was without restaurant accommodations, so we were pleasantly surprised by a full bar, small and affordable menu with a wonderful bartender Terrell.”

“I really just want to say that as a weary traveler at the front desk I was greeted by Serenthia who had a big welcoming smile, helpful information, and a follow up text to check on us. By far, the best front desk experience I have ever had in my many travels!!”

“Nice hotel but front desk was pretty rude and thought just telling us anything was believed. We work at Wyndham hotel's as well so.... just made front desk look really bad and sad they didn't want to help the customer just told us to ride around town for a little while. Also if you going to tell people your sold out at least look in the parking lot and see only 4 cars were outside before telling these lies.No matter how you want to try and spin things just accept your front desk was rude and lied and didn't give even the slightest effort to accommodate your customers. It was us and 2 other couples older then us. Front desk did tell us housekeeping was almost done with the top floor (first two floors were already cleaned) but instead of trying to help any of us we were told and I repeat just go ride around town until we finished. I'm not deaf nor blind and I understand very well hotel language so instead of trying to sweep thing's under the rug just accept they were rude that day and say I apologize I'll talk to my staff. I honestly didn't care but the elderly couples told to go ride around is what got your review. "If" rooms are "really" unavailable front desk could have offered us to maybe sit in the lobby after a 4 hour trip or offer a cup of coffee. I do hope it's not your practice to just tell everyone go ride around town that's just rude and even if we were little early that's what early check-in fees are for. So your business missed out on a quick 100$ which doesn't make sense unless you not open to make money.”

“All through the staff was kind and helpful i do think they should train people before putting them at the front desk ive been here before never took this long for me to check in. Housekeepers are sweet but im sorry their very lazy and half cleans the rooms stuff left in the night stand from previous travler shower curtains look like they haven’t been changed in months I do think they should do a thorough cleaning for the entire hotel. Could be an amazing spot to come to if owners put more effort into this place but overall my stay was okay bedding very soft shower pressure means everything to me. Breakfast has great variety to choose from quiet throughout my stay except for i can hear the person next to me doing grown up things but thats out of their control so i overlooked itNearby activities: Not to far from downtownClose to eastchase where you can find some of your favorite restaurants”

“This hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The amenities were excellent. They provide a hospitality hour that provides each adult in your group with 2 drinks from the bar free. Also, the free breakfast is the best I've ever experienced in any hotel. I especially enjoyed the omelet station where a person prepares you an omelet of your choice. The rest of the breakfast was awesome. Everything was freshly made, eggs, grits, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, etc. Believe me, you won't be disappointed. The rooms are a little on the pricey side but you definitely get what you pay for. I strongly recommend.Rooms: Spacious and comfortable bed. Nice separate sitting area.Food & drinks: Awesome breakfast with just about everything you would want in a breakfast. All freshly made.”

“As others have said, the room was a bit musty. I think the odor came from the air conditioning unit; but that was the only issue. Room was clean, bed comfortable, towels fluffy and soft. The breakfast was typical continental fare with waffle maker.”

“I wanted to prepare for Squadron Officer School (SOS) and noticed the lack of photos of University Inn at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, so I'm sharing my experience to help future attendees.I stayed in building 679 on the 4th floor, and here's what I appreciated:- The kitchenette is well-equipped, so I didn't regret not bringing my mini rice cooker. They provide pots and pans.- The base exchange (BX) is just a 5-minute drive away, making it super convenient.- The room was spotlessly clean. Room service comes everyday - The walk-in closet is a nice touch, offering ample space for your belongings.- Location-wise, it's great - close to the fitness center, cafe, academic building, and more.- The room itself is spacious and comfortable. However, there was one downside:- The HVAC system was a bit noisy, which made it challenging to sleep at night. I tried to consider it as white noise, but it still affected my rest.Overall, University Inn is a solid place for SOS attendees, offering convenience and comfort. Just be prepared for some noise from the HVAC system.”

“Cheap and clean, if a bit musty. I felt safe being so close to the police station and city hall. Short walk to places to eat. What you'd expect plus some extra.”

“Hotel Staff is Very Rude and Judgmental and stereotypes ppl, saying guests are not allowed to have any company. A bag and some clothes of mine were left in room and checkout is at 11am and other person in room had left early so they wouldn't let me get my belongings, telling me to leave very rudly and I was also told that the room already been cleaned and that there was no bags in there. And there damn sure was. Theft of property from the staff!!!”

“The Family sons father an uncle, are great people, Very kind, an have great big heart's, they take in people that have hardships mental issues, very little or no money, all of the workers try their hardest, to accommodate, everyone, they don't discriminate, against, any one no matter race creed,or color.I believe they have help an caterers to the human, condition, more than any, city state or federal entity ,in the area, they chose to conduct business, they have been taken advantage of by individuals treating their kindness for weaknesses, their generosity, for ignorance, an have personally taken care looked out an been so helpful an understanding, towards me an many many others, that the city of Montgomery, an state of Alabama, should help maintain, assist, an also learn how to treat house an uplift the citizens in that area as these bugetel inn owners workers have contributed to their community, as these people have to the have nots.Yes there is a element that needs to be removed, an the people an others know exactly as all do,but that's up to everyone, no that stays there, can say nothing, bad about the people that own help also provide, for all that dwell, on an around Bugetel inn on Carmichael an Eastern.”

“I lived here for about 2 months. All I can say is that this establishment would be nonexistent if it wasn't for SirTonio I think is his name. This guy is maintenance, security and every position you can think of at a hotel. Hotel is not in the best shape but I do see the difference in management. Good job!”
