“The staff must be instructed about extensions in the stay, they should not charge the guarantee every time the stay is extended, the resection staff must be more empathetic, also in the dining room area, especially at breakfast, more courteous

Rooms: Great dressers”

“As usual, we found HIE to be clean and comfortable for our overnight stay. The beds always provide us with a peaceful, restful night. Yes, their breakfast is among the highest rated for a quick hot bite before going on the road. Of course, we all know their cinnamon roll is WHY we stay their. Thank you for keeping your standards high for your overnight guest.”

“This place was amazing. I loved how they kept the buildings charm. The only thing was the housekeeper part. The number of pillows were consistent and one bed was missing a top sheet. We also waited a while to get additional pillows and sheets. Besides this, I thought it was a great location and a fun little spot.”

“We checked in on 9/20 and had the pleasure of dealing with Koronda at check in. She is a gem. She joked around with us and had us laughing. We checked in extremely tired from a long day of traveling and she made our evening joyful.

Then, we came down to the restaurant for dinner and we had the pleasure of being taken care of by Sylvia. She is also a gem. Excellent customer service and also a joy! She called each of us Sunshine but Sylvia and Koronda are pure sunshine.

Please take care of these ladies because we will be back on our travels because of them.”

“The room was average, and yes I seen a roach also, the wifi was terrible, and when I went back to the front desk to find out what was going on, the desk clerk or maybe the CEO was very Rude, on professional, and damn right ugly. I simply just tried to check back out 20 minutes later. I was told no matter if you stay or go we will not refund your money. I check up and my receipt still charged for both days I contacted the manager on the next business day and she was not willing to refund my money. It was stated that because the internet was not working properly, and since it was booked through booking.com I couldn't get a refund. I have put a claim through corporate office, and submitted a claim through my bank for a refund. It was a terrible experience I will never stay there again to.Before you pay please go check the room out, fully inspect it and make your decision to stay or not. If they deny that then just find another hotel. 10/18/2024”

“I wanted to prepare for Squadron Officer School (SOS) and noticed the lack of photos of University Inn at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, so I'm sharing my experience to help future attendees.I stayed in building 679 on the 4th floor, and here's what I appreciated:- The kitchenette is well-equipped, so I didn't regret not bringing my mini rice cooker. They provide pots and pans.- The base exchange (BX) is just a 5-minute drive away, making it super convenient.- The room was spotlessly clean. Room service comes everyday - The walk-in closet is a nice touch, offering ample space for your belongings.- Location-wise, it's great - close to the fitness center, cafe, academic building, and more.- The room itself is spacious and comfortable. However, there was one downside:- The HVAC system was a bit noisy, which made it challenging to sleep at night. I tried to consider it as white noise, but it still affected my rest.Overall, University Inn is a solid place for SOS attendees, offering convenience and comfort. Just be prepared for some noise from the HVAC system.”

“As others have said, the room was a bit musty. I think the odor came from the air conditioning unit; but that was the only issue. Room was clean, bed comfortable, towels fluffy and soft. The breakfast was typical continental fare with waffle maker.”

“The Family sons father an uncle, are great people, Very kind, an have great big heart's, they take in people that have hardships mental issues, very little or no money, all of the workers try their hardest, to accommodate, everyone, they don't discriminate, against, any one no matter race creed,or color.I believe they have help an caterers to the human, condition, more than any, city state or federal entity ,in the area, they chose to conduct business, they have been taken advantage of by individuals treating their kindness for weaknesses, their generosity, for ignorance, an have personally taken care looked out an been so helpful an understanding, towards me an many many others, that the city of Montgomery, an state of Alabama, should help maintain, assist, an also learn how to treat house an uplift the citizens in that area as these bugetel inn owners workers have contributed to their community, as these people have to the have nots.Yes there is a element that needs to be removed, an the people an others know exactly as all do,but that's up to everyone, no that stays there, can say nothing, bad about the people that own help also provide, for all that dwell, on an around Bugetel inn on Carmichael an Eastern.”

“I have stayed at different marriott brands all over the world including JW, the Ritz and the St Regis. Most of time I stay at the Fairfield within the US. Courtyard not so much more since most of them are outdated. Funny thing is I like the old style with the courtyard and the balconies. But most of them are outdated. This one is no exception. Having said that, I don’t understand the bad reviews. The hotel is in a great location right off 85, it is CLEAN. People are confusing old with cleanliness, yes it is old but no it is not dirty. Yes not everything works 100% but then I have never been to a hotel where everything. Works 100%. Last year I had over 70 separate hotel stays. I am platinum member son know what I am talking about Highly recommended. And the best thing is : the people are super nice and accommodating .Rooms: Clean and well furnished nice bathroom with a tub”

“Great place. No one bothered us. Only drawback was there is no ice. I think they are conspiring with the neighboring gas stations which charge$1.00 for 1 cup of ice.”
