We stopped on our way to FL. We called for availability and Stephanie was so sweet. We got to the hotel and she greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. She chatted with us during check in and made sure we had snacks and drinks for the night. She was at the front desk this morning and greeted everyone with a smile. I didn't get the name of the lady that was atrending to the breakfast area, but, she was great as well. The room & halls were clean and neat. The breakfast area was the best we've ever had. The food was fresh and well stocked. There was a great variety to choose from. It was a great stay!! These 2 ladies deserve 10 stars!! Thank you for your awesome customer service.

This by far is the worst Hampton by Hilton I've ever stayed at. The rooms and hallways were moldy and smelled like mildew, they have bed bugs spreading throughout the hotel. The sheets on the bed were yellow, the pillows were disgusting. The room itself was clean but the linens not so much. The GM was very rude and inconsiderate, we had trouble getting delivery there. The old lady in breakfast scratched her head while tending to the food with no gloves. The list goes on, definitely would not recommend staying there unless no other optionEdit in response to the owner or ManagerOf course you wouldn't have record because as I put on here I was with friends/coworkers who's names I choose not to mention. The rooms were both in one name, I know what I saw and I know what was told to us about the bug issue by the front desk clerk as a courtesy of you. Have a nice evening ma'am.

Stayed during a very busy weekend. Team handled it as best they could and as professionally as they could.Breakfast was good, Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will stay again if ever in this part of Alabama.

Madness and mayhem from the moment I left my home town. No clean rooms. People sitting in hallways waiting on rooms. Toilet ran all night. Woke up the next morning to go to breakfast and there was an older gentleman sleeping in the hallway. Packed my stuff and left... Best part is the restaurant next door at the holiday

Had a great stay at this hotel! No complaints. Dog friendly ??I thought our room would have had a fridge and microwave but it didn't, just fyi if you need one.Breakfast was great!

As a diamond member I've stayed in a lot of Hilton properties and this might be one of the worst Hilton properties I've stayed in. The beds are horrible and the pillows are making me wonder how this even passes Hilton brand standards.

Came here to visit a friend who came into town for an event for 3 days. My room was very clean. It’s an older property but it’s still nice. The staff was extremely pleasant everyone speaks to you which is great. The housekeeping manager gave me fresh towels at the front desk as I was about to ask the front desk for some. Very nice and helpful staff. Overall a great stay.Rooms: Clean rooms. Very comfortable beds.

Edit: See the GM's flippant, fake apology response for further evidence of this hotel's poor customer service.This is definitely the worst Hampton Inn I've ever stayed at. No refrigerator, microwave, or clock of any kind. The carpet was damp, the air conditioning sounded like a truck engine, one of the curtain panels were filthy and severely outdated, the bathroom flooring was cracked, the bathroom sink water pressure needed adjusting, and the toilet kept running. Trying to sleep there was like living in an apartment building where you can hear the footsteps of anyone walking in the room above you. The floor was loud and would vibrate when we walked. The fitted sheet on one of the mattresses was too small - and because it kept slipping off, I could see that the mattress had clustered "ink blot" stains, which if you know anything about bed bugs, you know that one of the signs is little black/gray spots that look like ink stains. Thankfully, I did not find any evidence of live bed bugs during our stay. We had a hard time getting food delivered because of the hotel's inconvenient location. Most of the staff was kind and helpful, but when the waffle batter dispenser busted while I was using it, the attendant immediately and repeatedly blamed it on me before she even saw what had happened. And then when another staff member came over to help clean the mess - looked like a manager - he quipped that I wasn't allowed to use the waffle equipment again, while complaining that he would need to dry clean his suit. I've used that same dispenser at multiple hotels and have never had an issue with the valve randomly popping off. For them to blame a guest for their equipment malfunctioning was incredibly disrespectful and the epitome of poor customer service. Definitely not up to the standard that I've seen from Hilton hotels.

This is the worst Hampton Inn I ever stayed at. I'm a diamond member so I've been to a lot of Hiltons. I stayed here for a week, WiFi was out from before I got there to when I left. How do neighboring hotels have WiFi and they don't. Never had housing keeping even when I requested. They have the old magnetic card system. So no mobile phone key. It doesn't work on outside doors. My keys didn't work on the second day and I had to get reprogrammed. No soap in the room when I arrived. The trash bin had trash from the previous occupant. The shower curtain was a bit moldy on the bottom. Also the TVs are tiny. They need to up their game.

I would've like to have given this location 5 stars but I can't because even though the woman at the front desk was exceptionally professional, kind and friendly and the rooms were very clean I still had one big issue. The issue was that there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave in the room. The average hotel has at least one or the other. Other than that everything was good. The room was clean, very friendly staff and very tasty breakfast. I had scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits with sausage gravy. Doesn't get better than that.
