((HOOVER LOCATION)) Jasmine was the absolute best!!! I received a text about my payment from the Irondale office and she took the time to go through and explain why I was receiving the messages. I wished that I could give her more than five stars but that's only what google allowed. I'm currently a customer at the Irondale location and it's been nothing but a migraine dealing with the customer service Representatives at that location. It is a Spanish lady there that has no type of patience while speaking to customers and the African American lady there with a very very nasty attitude. I don't understand as a company why they continuously hire people of their caliber. I am so grateful that I was able to reach the Hoover location and get assistance from Jasmine. She should be recognized more within this company as a perfect customer service representative. This company could use her to go to the Irondale location and train the people there because they can use a lesson in customer service when it comes to dealing with the public. Again, thank you Jasmine for your help!

This is the worst insurance this country has. Very unprofessional and unfriendly.Don't simply waste your time seeking insurance from them ?. You'll be turned down like hell ?
