“I found Maxine Furs after another furrier, in Hoover, SERIOUSLY FLUBBED a job that they measured my head for (to provide alterations on two hats I inherited). John, at Maxine Furs of Hoover, did a master job of making both hats fit, and also removed an akward band that the other furrier added to one of my fur hats. Alterations from the other business left both hats much too large. Even turning the thick band inside didn't help the fit-and they would not agree to a fix their measuring error, as requested. John & Silvana also repaired my Pearl fur hat and mink stole when the skins began to break down (I didn't store them upon interitance). John provides superb service as a Master Furrier and works to satisfy customers!”

“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“LOVE Duluth! This store seems to have a bigger selection of miscellaneous items than the others I’ve been to. Also the staff here is friendlier than the last one I went to.The stores are always clean, well laid out and well stocked.While you can order anything they have online, being able to actually see, touch and try on the merchandise makes it worth the trip for me. “I love this Old Navy location. They always have sales on clothes and their clearance section is huge. The baby clothes are adorable and have a great clearance section as well. I really like their $5 onesie selection. If you really look through the clearance you can find amazingly cheap clothes.”
“My friend and I went in there for intimate items and in some ways we were at a loss. We heard a very kind voice followed by genuine knowledge of the products, Adam was completely informed and non judgmental in their efforts to make our visit comfortable. If they are not on leadership they definitely deserve to be. Liz checked us out and told us about the return policy and was very kind and also non- judgmental. Highly recommend this location and staff.”

“Marshall's may have always been my favorite of the TJ Maxx/Ross/Marshall's type of stores. You never know what you will find here! I've been most recently finding most of my athleisurewear here including a turtleneck yoga pullover and a pair of wide legged yoga pants. Some honorable mentions to my latest visit include a cropped hoody that I thought I could get a better deal on if I waited, a $35 pair of Vintage Havana's, a cat statue, and a pug painting. I was really tempted to get the cat statue! I may go back for it since I can't stop thinking about it.”
“Amazing store! I recently went to get some athletic shorts for a trip in June. I mentioned it at check out and the lady helped me order the same shorts in another color online. I just got this letter in the mail! I am blown away by this customer service. So sweet!! Plus there was a great sale so I only paid $54 for two pairs of shorts.”

“Love, love, love this place! We went to Boot Barn first and we’re disappointed by how rude the the employees were. So we came to Cavender‘s and Grant helped us find the perfect pair of boots for myself and my husband. While we looked at the clothing, he polished our boots and got them looking nice for us. “I don't know how this happened. Somehow, for years I have over looked Macys hen shopping for all things makeup, skin care, and other beauty supplies. Came in yesterday since we had parked in this area prior to walking around the Galleria mall. Most of the times when we come to the mail we park on the JCPenny side and don't pay any means to Macys. But I am so happy we came through yesterday. As soon as we walked in we saw a gorgeous display of fragrances. We were on top of that so fast spraying different ones to see what they smelled like. It got intense. Next we walked through the purse aisles as well as the make up and beauty supplies. Everything was marked down as low as it possibly could be marked down. I saw some bath and shower sets for $2 and even lower than that. All in all, if you are looking for a gift for a friend or yourself, I highly recommend checking out Macys. There was so much good stuff.”

“Great prices for stylish clothes! I was disappointed that they didn't have many ladies sweatshirts and it's right before Black Friday... maybe they have some coming in? Also, the fitting rooms at the Galleria location were closed, so we didn't get the jeans my son wanted since he wasn't able to see if they fit.”

Lots of clearance items to choose from around the time we shopped. We recieved great value for out money.
