If you’re looking for a store to shop at and be completely mocked for daring to expect basic customer service, Windsor at the Galleria is the place for you!
I purchased an outfit that didn’t work for my occasion, so I went back to return it. Simple, right? Wrong. The employee on duty informed me she couldn’t process my refund because they don’t have cash. Excuse me—how does a clothing store not have cash on hand?
Fine. I left, annoyed but willing to give it another try. When I returned (a day past their absurdly strict 14-day refund policy), I was told I could no longer get my money back. Convenient, right? Apparently, they’ve perfected the art of deflection: no cash one day, then a conveniently missed deadline the next.
Do yourself a favor: avoid Windsor at all costs unless you enjoy being strung along by nonsensical policies and zero accountability. This store is a joke—but not the funny kind

Ashley and Jacobe were huge helps! I lost my receipt and my email was entered wrong and they helped me for around 20mins to help me receive some form of credit! If you ever come here, THEY ARE YOUR PEOPLE!!!

It's one thing to be short staffed but it's another thing to be BLATANTLY homophobic and separate a child from their parent intentionally to avoid doing their job. We have had a pleasant experience prior but the person working the dressing room today (the afternoon of 9/21/24) was very rude. Hopefully they bring back diversity and inclusive training bc it sure is needed. After standing in line for an hour you'd think we'd experience the same kindness others received.

Love coming into this store! Kylie and Emma are always so sweet to me and are always so ready to help anyone! Emma helped me pick a really cute dress for my mom's birthday dinner party and Kylie helped with matching accessories. Everyone is always so warm and kind! They really know their stuff when it comes to fashion! Will be back soon ❤️ they have a life long customer with me!

I was in town for an event and I had a fashion emergency! This staff was so friendly and accommodating. Emma. I made sure to get her name. She really went out of her way to help me. I felt bad because she was busy doing like 5 other things. But she never said no to helping me. She suggested something super cute too!!!

All the staff was very friendly and inviting. They have a great selection of clothing in lots of different styles. Kylie and Emma are always fantastic anytime I’ve visited the location.

Little sister has prom and we were running out of time. We went to Windsor and she found the perfect dress for the occasion. The staff was very friendly and helped my sister find everything she needed. Would recommend this store for anyone looking for any type of dress, formal or casual.

First time checking this store out and I was so impressed with the two employees that helped me. I came in after having a bad day and in need of a pick me up. Emma and Kylie made me feel so much better! I am beyond happy with my purchase and will be back again soon!

01/06/22 to start off, they had a very decent selection to choose from! I wish I had more time to see all the goodies!
I had a 911, need a dress moment for this coming Saturday. I got off work early, just to come to this store, and have time to browse. Because of weather conditions, they had to close two hours early.
I guess the staff was really excited to go home early, because I wasn’t greeted. I wasn’t asked if I needed assistance, or aware of them closing early until I had 5 dresses in my arms asking for a dressing room. Kelsey (I think) said I could pick whichever I wanted and seemed very sweet. Then half way to the room, the other clerk made sure to tell me “but we close in 20 minutes”. So I had 20 minutes to hopefully find what I needed, no biggie, I’m quick. But I felt rushed because of her tone of voice.
They’ve been open only 5 months, so I might go back after they’ve been there longer.
I took two stars away simply because I did not feel welcomed in the store. I felt invisible until I had to ask a question. I left three because of selection, and no business deserves one star over one interaction with two people.
