Love coming into this store! Kylie and Emma are always so sweet to me and are always so ready to help anyone! Emma helped me pick a really cute dress for my mom's birthday dinner party and Kylie helped with matching accessories. Everyone is always so warm and kind! They really know their stuff when it comes to fashion! Will be back soon ❤️ they have a life long customer with me!

I was in town for an event and I had a fashion emergency! This staff was so friendly and accommodating. Emma. I made sure to get her name. She really went out of her way to help me. I felt bad because she was busy doing like 5 other things. But she never said no to helping me. She suggested something super cute too!!!

All the staff was very friendly and inviting. They have a great selection of clothing in lots of different styles. Kylie and Emma are always fantastic anytime I’ve visited the location.

Little sister has prom and we were running out of time. We went to Windsor and she found the perfect dress for the occasion. The staff was very friendly and helped my sister find everything she needed. Would recommend this store for anyone looking for any type of dress, formal or casual.

First time checking this store out and I was so impressed with the two employees that helped me. I came in after having a bad day and in need of a pick me up. Emma and Kylie made me feel so much better! I am beyond happy with my purchase and will be back again soon!

One EMPLOYEE in this store screamed at my 5yo son because he passed by to the fitting room that was closed (he wasn’t touching anything and fitting rooms were empty). When I ask why she did that to him if the fitting rooms are empty, she said “because it’s closed, just because that”.There is no reason to justify to scream at a child.When I told her “you need to be careful you don’t know what people are dealing with (in this case a kid), my son is autistic”. Then she got very rude and said to me “with more reason you must be close to him”; she tried to ridicule me in front of other clients, she screamed it to me and tried to make me look like a bad mom when she doesn’t even know me.She also minimized my son’s condition and screamed at me “I have a special need kids that is in a wheel chair and I’m always with her”.It’s sad she has special needs kid like me, and for that reason should understand a special needs kid and parent.EDUCATION AND EMPHATY FOR OTHERS is a must to have for people dealing in a business like this. (Btw I also feel a racist tone in all this “conversation”).

I visited this store last Sunday and I received by far the best customer service than anywhere else in that mall. The store manager I think her name was Alecia and a young lady named kaya did everything they could to help me and my two daughters find the perfect dresses. We found their perfect dresses even though they did not have what we were looking for initially. They stopped at nothing to give them different options and different styles. They also recommended others stores to get shoes from seeing that they had already sold out of all silver shoes in my girls sizes. I love the attentiveness and the affordability of this store. We will be shopping again!
