“In my opinion, Costco is far superior to Sam's club. Their stock is great and so is their food for great prices! $1.50 for a hotdog combo meal is my usual go-to. Great quality and taste! The service is great no matter if you choose self checkout or at the counter. They also have good selections on the side for self service toppings such as onions, relish, mustard, and ketchup. They have a whole area dedicated to eating so you can eat your food there and not just have to take it to-go. The space is also large enough that you can have your full carts next to you as you eat before you go home! I think during COVID, you had to take your food to go as a precaution but I don't remember.”

“I have always loved a good Costco trip. This Costco I believe might be the only one in the state. Which is crazy to me, Came here with a friend to pick up some items for holiday shopping. They have so many things here, from wrapping paper to one of a kind gifts. We also needed to make a return and the people at the return counter were very sweet. They were kind and easy when it came to our return, making sure to put the store credit back on my friends Costco card. Best way to go about a Costco trip is either become a me,beer or find so,e one with a membership card so you can get all the amazing deals and steals.”

“Love the fact that I can buy groceries then stop by and get gas before leaving for home. The gas prices are much better than the Quick mart down the street. I have been a member of this Sam's Club since they first opened in Hoover.”

“I went to the cafe for a hot dog. Not only was the service quick and kind but the food was delicious. The hot dog was a good size for what you pay which is 2.50 for the combo with a drink and the bun was soft. I am not someone who particularly enjoys hot dogs but this one was delicious. The eating area was sanitary and clean and there was room to distance in case of a need to do so which I did appreciate. I found the packaging to be a bit wasteful and would love to see fewer uses of plastic especially in the drink containers and the cutlery. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning.”

“Rob and the Costco tire crew are always as helpful and friendly as they could be. The volume of vehicles they fit in within a single day is incredible, which I'm sure impacts some of the wait times in other reviews. I live within a few minutes of this location so I always plan on being dropped off and picked back up anytime I need my vehicles tires replaced or serviced, so it's never been an issue for me. For the value and level of service you receive as well as the Costco tire warranty, you can't beat it. If you go in with the expectation to wait a little while, you won't be disappointed.”
