“I always have a great experience when I come to Costco! The service is consistent as each staff member exhibits terrific customer service and friendliness. Additionally, the food court is always the best way to end our shopping trip.”
“Love this Costco! (And just Costco in general). It’s in a good location right of the interstate and near lots of other stores/restaurants in case you have other errands to run or just want to make a day trip out of it.
It is often very crowded but that is normal, especially with the location. If the crowds bother you definitely go during the day on a week day, avoid times around holidays and you should be good.”
“The pharmacists and pharmacy staff here are by far the most helpful, friendly, and in general pleasant to do business with. They are always smiling while doing their job. I don’t mean to beat a dead horse, but I must say that the staff here just gives off positive vibe and make going to the pharmacy as pleasant as it can possibly be. “I went to the cafe for a hot dog. Not only was the service quick and kind but the food was delicious. The hot dog was a good size for what you pay which is 2.50 for the combo with a drink and the bun was soft. I am not someone who particularly enjoys hot dogs but this one was delicious. The eating area was sanitary and clean and there was room to distance in case of a need to do so which I did appreciate. I found the packaging to be a bit wasteful and would love to see fewer uses of plastic especially in the drink containers and the cutlery. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning.”

The service is great no matter if you choose self checkout or at the counter. They also have good selections on the side for self service toppings such as onions, relish, mustard, and ketchup. They have a whole area dedicated to eating so you can eat your food there and not just have to take it to-go. The space is also large enough that you can have your full carts next to you as you eat before you go home! I think during COVID, you had to take your food to go as a precaution but I don't remember.”

“Professional and solution focused team. I'm rather disheartened to see the bad reviews left for Costco's tire center team especially after the experience I just had. I'm sure a negative review would follow my situation if closed mindedness triumphed. Brief overview, it took approximately 3 weeks to fulfill my order of goods and services, but this was due to the quality assurance and longevity concerns that these professionals hold as high standards for their tire service. Rob and Lindsey of the Costco tire center team turned away 4+ year old tires, made other judgement calls for the betterment of the customer’s wellbeing, and made calls daily for replacements. If following internal quality and safety protocol, catering to a solution focused approach to problems, and catering for customer satisfaction along the way isn’t what you want…I’d look for another tire shop…they might have cut down the 3 weeks and installed 4+ year old tires when they had the chance. If you, on the other hand, wish for a shop with integrity and solid leadership/management style, go to Costco…they won’t disappoint. Let them do their job, they do it well. Thank you to Rob and Lindsey, keep up the good work.”

“Love the fact that I can buy groceries then stop by and get gas before leaving for home. The gas prices are much better than the Quick mart down the street. I have been a member of this Sam's Club since they first opened in Hoover.”
