Came here for an appt and they let me in early. Ended up only having to stay for 15 minutes and staff were super nice and friendly. Pretty nice interior too.

Made an appt for 1:30, took my lunch to go. Upon arrival I was told the banker Kameron was out to lunch & I could wait. I waited until 1:45 with a no SHOW!! Waisted my time & my lunch for nothing & no one there cared at all.

I stopped by there to open an account. The teller was super helpful and she told me to take a seat until someone could help me. Different people ,which I assume were bankers, kept asking if they could help me. I told them I was there to open account and then they would tell me to take a seat. I'm already waiting do I need to double wait. After waiting 15 minutes to talk to the teller and another 15 minutes not seeing anybody I decided to leave. I'm still going to open account but not at this branch. Not a good first impression

Absolutely the worst customer service I believe I have ever experienced has been at this location. The drive thru teller is incapable of dealing with customers. Why is this location still open? Highly recommend doing business anywhere else for your own sanity!

Not complaining at all, but I always get Nicholas for some reason lol. He is very kind, respectful, patient, helpful, and professional. He is always in such a great mood and I love that. Thank you so much for all the help!

I had fraudulent charges on my card and had questions beyond the customer service line, so I went in for help. Riaz Ahmed was the most helpful person I have encountered in almost any line of work. He helped me with technology and not once talked down to me. He has an exuberant and kind personality. This is how to be treated in the service industry.

There are limited number of bankers. The staff does not put the customer first at all. Several people have walked in and walked out because of the wait time to speak to a banker. Save time. Go to another location.

I never leave reviews but after reading many of the negative reviews I feel like they are very unfair. I bank with Wells Fargo and go into this location very often. Not only do they great EVERY person that walks through the door with a smile, but they also help with whatever you need very efficiently. I have never dealt with anyone negative at this location or had a bad experience.I am very ready for them to open the lobby back up but with the current COVID situation I understand. The drive thru lines have been CRAZY LONG, but they still work quickly to get you in and out. This is a great team of people.

The bankers have been very helpful and cooperative with me. The Security and Online departments have also. The cashiers are friendly and efficient.

Could somebody give these employees an education not to call customers buddy? (For sake i am 35 years old grown man)! Is this really what Wells Fargo teaches to their employees? I mean wake up finally, all those 1 star ratings are there for a reason for this particular branch and it looks like nothing is being done. Disappointing!

The WORST BANK (Branch ? maybe) you can ever find!I opened the account here because of there's an ATM close to my work. But the ATM withdrew limit is so little so I called to ask increase it. The guy or girl on the phone (at the branch) asked me to COME to the branch to SIGN to increase the limit. I told him/her that I am out of town also I am spending my own money why I need to sign to use my own money. THIS PERSON just hang up the phone.NOT Very Cool. Where is the professionalism???

I'm so happy that this ATM was working!!! I went to Wells Fargo on 24th and it was broken. I then went to Regions and just didn't feel like paying the transaction fee... hey I'm frugal! I never knew that the closest Bank of America was close to Atlanta, Georgia... to be exact it's 99 miles away. Ouch. I wonder why BOA doesn't have any branches here? Regions seems to have a monopoly!
