I met with Butch Jacobs 3 or 4 times over the last year at this location. He helped me fulfill my responsibility to my grandmother as her POA when she developed dementia at the end of her life. Then he helped me distribute her assets to her beneficiaries when she passed away. He was patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of our needs. If you have to work with WF, make yourself an appointment at this branch.

If I can give this place 0 stars— I would. My husband deposited his around $3,000 for our rent/etc into his checking account last year & once the apt complex tried to withdraw the $ from the money check— there was nothing in it. We immediately knew something wasn’t right & walked in to talk to the manager & he told us they don’t have any cameras to prove anything & didn’t want to escalate anything further. My husband lost the receipt so they told us there’s nothing they can do about it.Stay away from this bank at all costs. We were almost homeless due to this & we know for sure someone stole the money.

Service socks. I've been waiting 20 minutes for change and deposits. The lady with braids refused to get my change. But did another customers deposits and change as stood there waiting.

Well....I am usually critical of banks.This branch, however, has provided me in several,different circumstances with the very best banking experience of all time. I mean from the tellers to the managers. Everything is exceptionally good.

I’ve dealt with three WF locations in the last 30 days. I’ve worked their system, made appointments. Trying to give WF more of my money. I’m taking my money elsewhere. No communication. No customer service. All they’ve done is cause aggravation. Done with you.

I absolutely love this branch. The wait is never long and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I misplaced my debit card and I was able to go right inside this branch and got a temporary without any hassle. I've been a member since 2007 and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. Great job Wells Fargo!
