Walmart is fine. Have trouble getting my cat food occasionally. I'm sure it's difficult to satisfy everyone's needs, They do a pretty good job.

Service is the absolute worse! Don’t have your services starting at 7:30am if you don’t have people coming in until 9am! Service center opens at 7am supposedly but the doors doesn’t open until someone comes to unlock them around 7:15am. This is horrible and a waste of people time! The workers there get the back lash due to management not knowing services that are scheduled in advance! Oh don’t call either no one ever answers the phone. If you wish to have something done to your car just pay the extra money and go elsewhere.

It’s a normal Walmart. Average. Clean. Parking lot normal with no ridiculous lanes. Normal selection of most things. Even plenty of overpriced eggs.

I was having a very bad day went to go get an oil change and mr . norm was high in spirits and lifted my mood . also talked to me about warranty and made me leave with a smile . this is the type of person you should have in customer service

Minnie was very rude. She caught an attitude because a worker instructed me to come to her lane for check out, stating “my light is off that means I’m not taking any more customers.” She turned the light off once I got to the register and not a second before, because if it were off, I would have went to a different line. Instead of voicing her frustration with her coworker, or seeing if someone could take over for her, she decided catching an attitude with the customer was the better choice. She literally sat there rolling her eyes and huffing amongst other things like a teenage girl. No sort of professionalism whatsoever, and turned her badge over as if I hadn’t already seen her name.

They have expired stuff and some of the turkey rotten and I don’t know how a big company like walmart will have expired stuff on the shelves that’s what we trust I start to look at the expiration dates since I used to find stuff expired that’s crazy And costumers service in there sucks

First cancelled my delivery order, I was able to reschedule for pick up. I waited in my car for 50 minutes! Got home and didn’t receive half my order!! Terrible

Dear people of Walmart in Hoover Alabama!
This is the first time I’ve ever had the worst experience with you guys ever!
I scheduled for a Walmart order pick up to be delivered to my car. My order was ready to be picked up at 7 o’clock. I was there at seven waiting for my order to Be brought to my vehicle. I think all the time move forward to another hour, and nobody still had delivered my order to my car. I made a call to the store. They told me that there were still a few more items missing so they’re finishing up my order. I said OK no problem. But then I noticed that the time was still moving forward and it’s almost 9 o’clock and they are still not bringing my order out. I called the store again and said they are almost finished so I waited more. Then 30 minutes later, I believe I saw the guy who was working that night leave from working I believe he was done because there was nobody else out in the parking lot but me. So now I am not able to get in touch with anybody to be able to come bring the groceries to my vehicle. So now I had to get out of the car in the middle of the rain with my two kids and go inside just to get my order. Which was a total inconvenience to me, especially since I personally had to go outside of my vehicle and get the groceries that I ordered to be delivered to my car. Now the people inside were nice and was on top of helping me get my order, They had suggested for me to come and get my order maybe not after 10:00. But for me, I had already waited almost 3 hours for nobody to come bring the order to my vehicle. So I just don’t feel that’s a fair thing to say to me and that feels a little bit rude as well! I hope to never have this experience again because I am just highly disappointed that nobody brought my order to me. I did not want to get out in the rain with my two kids. That was the whole point of me doing my Walmart order. And I had to go out of my way just to go inside and get my order that was supposed to be delivered to my vehicle. And I may wrong on the part but this how the gentleman working that night made me feel. I know I saw him look at me and be the only car out there. I tried to get attention, but he ignored me. Which was really rude. Please, Walmart in Hoover Alabama do better because this was just absolutely insane for me!
