Customer service area closed at 6 when it is supposed to be open until 8. If an employee is scheduled to work the customer service area and needs to leave management needs to make sure the area is covered by someone who is able to step in and capable to work customer service if the other employee has to leave or when their shift ends. DO BETTER!

Store was supposed to l open @ 6:00 am. Me and several other customers have been outside waiting for 15 minutes. Workers are present inside but have not acknowledged us.

My shopping experience was satisfactory as usual. However when you reconfigure your stores with no guidance shoppers strugggle to adjust. I can navigate a new layout easily but I notice seniors or disabled people in difficulty. Can you provide temporary signage or a handout? A disabled friend spent 2 1/2 hours grocery shopping due to a new layout. Additionally your prices seem unusually high, I am considering CostCo and you are much higher on some groceries than Trader Joe’s. Continue to leave with 5 to 6 items unavailable when I go to a Super WalMart. Overall you do a great job.

So in the past I would not have given this review of 5 stars, but the ladies who manage the self checkout at night are the best! I can’t remember her name for anything right now but she has the cute really short blonde cut and she always talks to me, gets me another buggy to put my paid groceries into and always has a great attitude! I enjoy going to get groceries now and if you know me then you know how much I hate going to the grocery store! So that’s saying a lot about the evening managers at the front end! All Walmart locations should have their employees trained after her and the interactions she has with shoppers. It really makes a difference! I’m always there checking out right at closing time and you think I would get a nasty reaction from them but I don’t! There are several other employees there at night who are also very friendly and kind. I’m terrible with names but she is around my age and she is tall. Very nice lady also so to my Walmart ladies thanks for being kind and helpful! I appreciate it!

Quick easy in and out...I prefer smaller stores and this one has exactly what I need and always fully stocked. I never have to wait on a checkout. The workers are really fast when I check out if I have any issues.

The old white woman who works at the service desk is hateful and lazy. She will make any excuse to not help customers. I hope she is fired.
