Absolutely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I fought with my insurance company for 2 months only to find out Walgreens pharmacy never ran the generic through my insurance like I asked. I paid for more than 3 prescriptions out of pocket because they forgot to run it through my insurance. I have been with Walgreens pharmacy my entire life. I’m so glad I’m now with Publix pharmacy because they make it easy and COMPLETELY stress free to fill a prescription. Also, having to wait at least 30 minutes at the drive-through pharmacy window every single time when they’ve told me that my prescription is ready is absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you have a toddler in the backseat that doesn’t do well with the car sitting still like that and then you have people in the line behind you getting pissed off at you because they think it’s your fault that Walgreens can’t get their act together, so I will never use Walgreens pharmacy again in my entire life unless I have to.

Never has any of my Rx, says they’re always out of stock, and they can’t be bothered to scan their system to check nearby store’s stock and roll their eyes when I request they do their job. They want you the customer to call a local store and wait on hold 10-15 minutes per store to see who has your Rx in stock, ridiculously poor service. Lines are always long. Respect yourself enough to use another company.

Inside the store is always a fine experience. However, every time I call the pharmacy to fill a prescription the wait is at least 10 minutes and then it rings and no one picks up and I have to call back and repeat the process. It has been this way for MONTHS.

The customer service was awful today. Sunday June 4th at 3:30pm. He stated meds would be ready within an hour after this was called in at 9am this morning. He also verified I had text notification. It's 7pm and I called to check and they are closed. I honestly gave them even more time and had no clue they would be closed.

The cashier, who is a black lady, is so rude. After coming here twice today, and her still being rude, I won’t be returning back to this store. Get someone with customer service skills!

This store seems to have an issue with hiring people with customer service skills. The employees they do have seem to lack the social skills needed in day to day life. If you have a long line stop the chit chat and get people taking care of. If you need a therapist, then I recommend getting one.

Although I do love Walgreens as a general rule, I think the pharmacy department needs revamping. Drive throughs are for quick visits. However, Walgreens allows for script drop off and further allows the consumer to sit and wait for that to be filled. Somehow I can't help but think that the consumer should not be allowed to wait and must drive around getting back in line. Others just picking up would not have to wait so long especially when there is 3-4 cars and each are sitting and waiting. CVS doesn't allow waiting off others in line. Think I'm gonna have to leave Walgreens.

Had me waiting in line for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment and then the worker screamed out my private information while I was standing at the window. Excuse me!!!!; ..no excuse you for not knowing how to ask questions in a way NOT to try to financially shame A PERSON. Walgreens pharmacy anywhere is now a NO!

Backup staff is unresponsive and will not answer the phone. Appears more staff is needed to adequately respond to customers.

This Walgreens shows that it is open on Sunday at 9. After a long drive, We just left and it is not. Please update your hours accordingly.
