10 people in the line tonight at the pharmacy with three registers and only 1 person working. Needs more staff badly.

Inside the store is always a fine experience. However, every time I call the pharmacy to fill a prescription the wait is at least 10 minutes and then it rings and no one picks up and I have to call back and repeat the process. It has been this way for MONTHS.
