They burned the hash browns, and my wife asked for well done eggs, and they were still runny. Our waitress was cleaning the whole time, which is good, but we didn't get much service. It was 3 am. Not going to write them off, we'll probably try it again

I don’t expect much while dining at Waffle House, I’m even okay with bad customer service, but we didn’t even get the bare minimum tonight. Tonight with multiple employees, we waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. There were only 3 occupied tables including us. When we did order, I asked for gravy to which Crystal, our waitress, said “we may not have any made, I’ll check”. She never asked the cook (we were sitting at the bar in front of the cook) and she never told me that they didn’t have gravy/would not cook gravy. If I had known that, I would’ve ordered something different! When she called our order, no mention of gravy. She also never wrote it down on our ticket. We had to ask several times to get our coffee refilled. Service was terrible and slow for all customers dining in. To top it all off, someone ordered gravy about 15 minutes after I did and she again told them “we don’t have gravy made”, but the cook overheard and made that customer gravy! Our waitress, Crystal, avoided us and other customers like the plague. The cook and her were arguing throughout the night. I’ve been to this Waffle House location before while ONE employee was working, doing both the cooking and waiting on several customers, and it was a very good experience overall. Tonight was such a disappointment.

I tell you what this has got to be one of the most efficient waffle houses I’ve been in. it was clean I sat down I ordered my food and it came so fast I was like magic, then I started watching other people as they started coming in. There’s a full house in here and I don’t think anybody waited more than 2-3 minutes for their food it seemed. Felicia was a great waitress.

Like many of you, I have been eating at Waffle House since I was a child with my parents taking me throughout my teen years, etc.In College and into my adult life, I can't tell you time after time after time, the service, atmosphere and food is the same great tasting food regardless of location.Kudos guys,Robby Duty

I love Waffle House, but the last time I ate at this location I got food poisoning. The service is fine, but I will not be returning to this location.

After cleaning off the dishes and trash off of our own table. We sat down for about 10 minutes before the lady that was working took our order then we got our food (cold from sitting in the window for too long) I helped myself to some mayo packets and then asked her to give us some peppers for our hash browns because we ordered it and didn't get them cooked in our hashbrowns. Asked her for plasticware and it took her ten minutes to give it to us because she was busy running the whole waffle house by herself. This is by far one of the worst restaurant experiences ever. I understand that she was by herself is why the service was poor but that is the problem. They should have more than one person working at a time. At least two of them. Please do better.

This place was so super weird I was uncomfortable from the time we hit the door we order our food our food came out why we were eating everybody was nauseated and we had to throw up we were looking at The Cook The Cook was looking at us me my friend and my grandbaby were so sick I wanted to hold the food to bring to the health department please please be careful

Not sure if it's still good. Went there to eat saw the employees in the parking lot, in a red truck hanging out. I don't t think there was anyone inside but if they were all outside relaxing, I didn't want to be the guy to make them go back inside. I left and got a burger next door.
