I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)

Not only do I like Von Maur’s beautiful merchandise displays, but I also enjoy the piano music played. It’s such a tasteful department store! We walked from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor. We first bought some fashionable and easy-to-wear baby jumpsuits in the children's department. When we checked out, we watched the counter sister put the clothes into cartons and pointed us to gift wrapping. The department selects suitable outer wrapping paper and ribbons for free, and the packaging is really exquisite!In addition, before checkout, you can also request valet delivery to an address outside the state. It’s really a great service!

Don’t buy fine jewelry from this store! Purchased a Lagos bracelet that broke. Store sent it off for repair. After 8 weeks, no bracelet. No answer as to where my bracelet is.

I love Von Maur. When you walk in, most days you are greeted by the soothing tunes of a live pianist. This store is the epitome of elegance with amazing salespeople. They always ask if they can assist and if you pick something to try on, they will start a room for you, without being pushy. Very friendly and professional.There is a wonderful selection of high quality ladies clothing and although pricey, they have very good sales. To top it off, the Von Maur interest free credit card is the best offer I've seen. If you haven't been, you're definitely missing out on a great shopping experience!
