I ordered during their Black Friday sale of by one get one free. I completed check out, and was given the usual "congratulations on your order", along with an expected delivery time. A week went by without the order arriving, but with family in town, I didn't worry about it. I did check my emails during this time, but did not receive anything from The Vitamin Shoppe. After family left, I checked my account and found out that my order had been cancelled. No phone call, no email, no text message, no communication. I reached out to them, but their phone lines were "down" that day, so I used the chat function to communicate. After explaining the situation, the rep gave me the usual run around about how they would forward this to the billing department, so they could inform me what happened. I then asked them to honor the sale, especially since they made no effort to let me know it had been cancelled, but was told that they would have to inform management who would contact me within 24 hours. Shocker...3 days without any contact. I will not be doing business again with this company.

This was my first time visiting. The young lady named Jade that assisted me was amazing! Jade was very knowledgeable and made my shopping experience exciting. My experience exceeded my expectations and I left with products that will enhance my health. Thanks Jade and I pray the Lord bless you beyond measure! You rock! ??❤️?

I hate to complain. I have always been pleased with the service and stock at this location. Yesterday, though, I went in to purchase a hard-to-find item and had to listen to a person who seemed to be the franchise owner blowing off to a customer about how "smart" he was in terms of stocking his store. Meanwhile, I walked all over the store trying to find a specific item which I bought there in the past. Nobody offered to help. Finally, the owner guy began to tell a clerk how he wanted something displayed. After several minutes of searching and being ignored, I walked over to the owner and clerk and stood there until I was eventually acknowledged. I asked where I would find peppermint oil in pill form and was abruptly informed that "I don't carry peppermint oil in pill form" as if that was final. "Well, you used to," I said, "because this is where I always bought it." He backed down a bit to admit that he had not carried it in a "few months." When I was almost out the door, he said, "Do you want me to order it for you?" Nope. This guy managed to blow my good impression of the store in one relatively short visit.

Usually a great experience, today workers seemed more concerned in having conversations than assisting customers. Girl at register loudly answered her cellphone instead of assisting at the check out.Miss the old weekend staff!
