Absolutely impossible to actually get ahold of someone at the store. All i wanted was to know if they installed screen protectors. But about spending 20 mins on a phone tree I never reached anyone that could answer my question all the lady did was try to sell me a screen protector.

Verizon refuses to assist me with a problem with an accessory they sold me with a lifetime warranty. The ‘manger’ who was present in 1/7/2024 at around 4:45 PM CST was VERY RUDE, and not helpful. Verizon needs a new manger for this store. I won’t be back, in fact, I’m considering discontinuing my Verizon Services.

Joe was a HUGE help with setting up a business account and getting all of the devices we needed. He helped walk us through the account, helped us pick the best devices for our budget, and made sure we could make the most of any deals we could. We walked out to be very happy to be switching from AT&T and be a part of the Verizon family. Would highly recommend using this Verizon location.

FELIX with Verizon helped me with Google/GMail on my iPhones to reset my passwords for email. He did not hesitate to help with a non specific "Verizon" issue. (I have been a Verizon customer for close to 20++ years - Very satisfied! More so after FELIX bailed me out of digital ignorance today!)Thank you VERIZON and FELIX!

I went in to trade in an old phone and transfer to my wife plan. While there Shannon told me I qualified for the 1gbps Internet, I specifically asked if it was the 300mbps Internet and he said no. Told me there would be a professional install and it was rare to qualify. I said okay. Box comes and it's the same Internet box I had previously, checky bill and I was signed up for 300mbps that I was told wasn't what I was getting. Now I'm having to sit here for over an hour just to return a $60 screen protector that I didn't realize was so expensive and this useless Internet box I was lied to about. How is this place so inefficient. I would rather be having a colonoscopy that deal with this store

On September 20, 2023 we went to this store and signed up for phones, watches, internet, and TV.So far we have discovered 3 major mistakes by the employee who helped us.1. He forgot to sign us up for TV2. He failed to connect our watches to cell service.3. He signed us up for $60 per month we plainly had told him we did not wantThank you for responding. We had expected the highest level of service as is the reputation that Verizon has.In the mean time, we have;4. The 5G Home Plus has failed to deliver consistent connection and speed as promised. There is a support case on this.5. Verizon officially told me they refuse to help at all with making their 5g Home internet work with my devices. Compare this attitude with AT&T providing a very helpful tool called Smart Home Manager.

Went there 3 times and never got help. I was transweing a business line to a personal line, so they gave me a phone number to call. For 30 minutes, it rang, with no answer. When I asked someone said, oh the business side is closed on the weekend. WTH? Never go to this store. Incompetence.

Kenneth was able to fix my problems within 5 minutes. I stayed on the phone for 3 hours with costumer service and he was able to have me in and out in no time. Thank you Kenneth for helping me out!

I could have bought a car 8n less time than I spent in this store.I office now hate Verizon stores as much as I do car dealerships.
