The lady who helped me out on Wednesday was rude and unprofessional. I was kind, calm, and spoke with directly what I needed for my visa. However, she became confused, and maybe had had a bad day, but decided to raise her voice at me, and be unkind. I have worked in customer service since I was a teen, so I understand how to keep my emotions to the side. I was already anxious because I knew what I was asking was a process, BUT I did not deserve that. I would not recommend this post office. Employees at the Vestavia one are better!

Something needs to change. This place is ridiculous. Lines are always long. There’s no drop-off spot and when you ask where to drop off your packages they are so rude. Like if you hate your job so much find a new one. I try my hardest not to go here if I don’t have to.

Aweful service. The line is out the door. Only one person working. The customer they are working with is playing some type of instructions on their phone at the counter. Ridiculous

Thanks God for Michelle at the Hoover Post Office!! There was an error on the address listed for our passport delivery. She so graciously searched in the back for a LONG time. We are SO thankful!

On numerous occasions I haven't received my packages. The tracking states packages were delivered yet my ring doorbell doesn't detect a delivery nor is the package in my secure mailbox.

For the past 6 months we’ve had numerous birthday, Valentines Day and Graduation cards come up missing. I can see if one or two but to have at least 6 cards missing from mail is ridiculous. Some even showed up on our informed delivery and never made to post box.

This post office needs some lawn maintenance. Bad. It looks really bad overgrown bushes, grass needs cut, and lawn cleaned up.

Lots of crybabies commenting because I've always had very polite and great service at the Hoover location. You need to be directing your anger at Lois Dejoy who is the postmaster general. Dejoy is a Trumpster who wants to destroy the USPS so he can privatize it.

I’m a big supporter of USPS but this postal office is chronically understaffed and the waiting times are just egregious, particularly for working resident of Hoover who are trying to run errands during business hours. After 15 minutes without any movement down a long queue, I just had to turn around and head over to FedEx.
