There’s a guy here who acts like you’re inconveniencing him by being in his presence. He talked rudely to my fiancé, my cousin, and myself and seemed annoyed that we came in. He was snappy, short and dismissive when my fiancé tried to make small talk. Rude people suck, do better.

I paid to print some basic papers at this store for pickup today, as offered online on a Sunday for 10:00am pickup, and when we went to pick up, some jerk guy working (10:45am on 11/14/24) said with an attitude (twice), “the printing guy isn’t here today.” … Can he seriously not print paper????? He said they don’t print on weekends.Might have hired the wrong person, UPS. Or your website might need tweaked.We will go to another company for our needs. We come here several times a week, but not anymore.

I have been there a few times to for notary services. Again, I went in there for the notary services along with the instructions for the form. It clearly states “ notary (or 2 witnesses) completes the area in GREEN. Sign, date, and stamp.” Of course, I have read over it because it was for a job. He and 2 employees signed the form. I questioned him about it and he said that the space was there for 2 witnesses. Not what the instructions indicated. I paid the $10 and called my company. They told me that he should have READ and followed the instructions. I went back into the store and told him what my employer said and showed him the instructions. I was going to ask for my money back BUT he said that he would sign it again. He had an attitude about the while thing but it could have been avoided had he read the instructions in the first place. Also, the notary services were slotted for 30 mins. So again, plenty of time to read one sheet of instructions and gave the attitude to someone else. I do not plan to return in the future.

Their Sunday hours (posted on the door) are either wrong or their staff just didn’t show up. Didn’t even put a note on the door or anything.

This place is fast and the staff is very helpful. I appreciate them being open on Sunday in the afternoon too. They offer many services. Don’t walk in there with post office stuff or FedEx stuff. They won’t touch it.

It’s always a pleasure to come to this UPS location, due to the high quality of service. I happily drive past two other UPS spots to come to this one and will continue to do so.

Very poor service. Employees gripe about not being able to leave early. They also complain about having to process Amazon returns. You can tell they hate their jobs, especially the young lady that's always working there. They make rude comments about the customers in front of other customers.

They treat Black people bad here. You'll be standing in line and they help the person behind you and I noticed they didn't even put the printed label on my package. I had to remind the lady to do it and she acted annoyed like it bothered her to have to do her job and she gave me full attitude.

Had a corporate laptop to send back and somehow forgot the damn UPS label. Fortunately the staff was able to print the PDF after forwarding to them. Really appreciate their patients and that the loaner corporate device is finally gone.
