This UPS store is great! I had to go in for fingerprinting and not only was the staff super kind and positive, the person who helped me was an absolute expert with the fingerprinting machine. Each step was perfect and we did not have to do any repeat images. If you ever have to do this for a job, etc, definitely schedule your appointment there. The store was also spotless!

The personnel were helpful and quick. It was easy to get in annd out. They also offered key service so I was able to get a duplicate made very quickly.

This store is fantastic! Aman goes above and beyond to help and ensure things are shipped correctly and expediently. He's knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In fact all the experiences I've had at this store and with other employees such as Zared, have been positive. They do an excellent job here and I highly recommend you try this store out.

Zared the assistant manager is amazing. I have had a serious international tracking with important medicine and she has gone above and beyond when countless UPS representatives wouldn't help. Keep up the incredible and caring work Zared!

Really poor service at this location. The whiny attitude of the younger employees here at having to do any really work is ridiculous. They get annoyed if anyone comes in with more than one package to ship. I've also seen employees locking the door and leaving 15 minutes before the closing time. Not sure if the owner knows but it's very unprofessional. I've met the owner and he's not a very friendly guy so maybe he doesn't care.

There’s a guy here who acts like you’re inconveniencing him by being in his presence. He talked rudely to my fiancé, my cousin, and myself and seemed annoyed that we came in. He was snappy, short and dismissive when my fiancé tried to make small talk. Rude people suck, do better.

I paid to print some basic papers at this store for pickup today, as offered online on a Sunday for 10:00am pickup, and when we went to pick up, some jerk guy working (10:45am on 11/14/24) said with an attitude (twice), “the printing guy isn’t here today.” … Can he seriously not print paper????? He said they don’t print on weekends.Might have hired the wrong person, UPS. Or your website might need tweaked.We will go to another company for our needs. We come here several times a week, but not anymore.
