Dr told me to go down stairs for a flu shot. I checked in around 4:15-4:20. Lady told me to have a seat. Around 4:35 she came and told me the nurses were gone for the day

I called to confirm an appointment and for some reason the my husband information was wrong. Then she hung up on me. We just came in for an appointment a month earlier. Who ever that is has bad customer service. Really bad

I was charged for services from a PC doctor here that I did not receive. I have been disputing this claim for over a year now and have yet to find a resolution or the doctor/billing department taking any steps to correct their error. Be wary!!!!
