I bought one of the miniature Team associated trucks from here. I had it about 2 months and only charged it 4 times after that it never would charge again. I took it back and tried to explain to the guy at the counter what was going on but all he did was take the batteries out of the controller and said these are rechargeable they only have 1.3 v it supposed to have 1.5 to work. Well right away I knew he wasn't going to help me. He said go buy some good double A batteries. The thing ran before with the rechargeable ones and I actually changed the batteries when I seen it wasn't charging to energizer batteries and they didn't work.but he kept cutting me off telling me thats why it won't run was the batteries weren't big enough. Which is a crock.I asked if he had some batteries and he said no I'm out " remote control car store with no batteries?" So I asked what can I do if I change and they don't work and he said well I don't know well have to see. I just chalked it up as a loss. I'm not gonna keep driving 50 miles for the run around. He was just rude wouldn't listen to me.

Spent 3 hours here yesterday. One of the best hobby shops I have been in. Watched the owner spend countless time helping everyone that came in the shop, from the newbie to the guy that knew exactly what he wanted. Well stocked and extremely organized ! The owner won't ask how’s your mom and them, but he will help and answer your questions and only sell you what you need. He’s a man of few words but a world of knowledge and experience that you can’t find in many shops.

Nice hobby shop but very rude owner. Much better hobby shop with much better selection and much nicer staff willing to help you right down the road. Drive the extra 10 minutes. You won’t be disappointed.

I absolutely love this place, one of my buddies referred me here and it’s been game over ever since. The first greeting is Tobee the goodest boy in the state! They have something for everybody, the owner is very helpful in suggestions for ways to make sure my models come out looking the pictures on the box! Would 10/10 recommend to anybody!

The owner is completely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He acts as if he is doing you a favor answering questions or inquiries. Absolutely one of the most unpleasant persons I have ever dealt with in a retail business.

We've bought a few RC cars and a few RC planes from here. Jeremy (the owner) is blunt and doesn't chit chat. You won't get southern hospitality from him either. But you will get all the correct answers you need to make a purchase. His prices are reasonable and sometimes lower than other hobby stores and online outlets. Always keep your receipt in case you need to return something, and make sure you know his return policy. You may not like his policy compared to other stores, but it is his policy so you're bound to it. I've had to return items for a refund and he honored his policy since I had my receipt.I've had many discussions with Jeremy while in store and over the phone, that took longer than a few minutes. As he is usually the only person in store, I was considerate of other customers time and let him pause our conversation so he can get them checked out. I've had to repair our RC cars and planes multiple times and he usually has had the parts. He also took the time to explain how to do the repairs when I asked.
