My experience with this branch has been awful. The banker Myra has a terrible attitude, their systems are designed to rip off the people STAY FAR FAR AWAY. I switched banks.

I started a Sole Proprietor business earlier this year. My business has grown a lot and I decided it was time to open a bank account. I came in to discuss what Synovus can offer me in terms of a business account. I was told by the branch manager there was a long list of things I would need. After trying to inform the manager that these were not needed for a Sole Proprietor business he told me he knows what he is talking about because he owns a small LLC. Sole Proprietor and LLC are different. I went to Alabama Credit Union and all I need was the proof of EIN from the IRS.

Yeah......Their attitudes are like monotone robots and not looking to build a relationship or even help you half the time. I referred a friend of mine there and do you know they didnt bother to greet or help her??!!!!! Oh and they are stilll living in the dinosaur ages because the mobile app sucks. I would not recommend them at all, try Regions or Wells Fargo across the street from them, way better service!!!
