I've been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years and I believe that I've had about enough. The customer service is none existent. When you go to a T-mobile store, at the very least, they should greet you with "Welcome to T-mobile!, I'm sorry I'm helping another customer, I'll be with you as soon as I can." Last night I waited for 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, and got nothing. There were two associates sitting in the middle of the store and they didn't even bother to speak, much less help me. One was on her phone! Finally, after 10 minutes, one of the associates did make eye contact with me and then not ask me "what brings you to T-Mobile this evening?", I left. I guess I'll try to get my new cellphone activated and trade in my old phone another day at another store. ??☹Update 8/14/21: I was able to get my phone activated. I did see that the store was making an effort to greet customers and help them with their issues.Update 8/18/21: I still haven't been sent the return label for the phone I ordered. Apparently, the associate who initially was supposed to complete the upgrade, just sold me a phone. I'm just going to return this phone and use my old phone. Maybe I'll have better luck with a new phone company.

The WORSE customer service I have ever experienced at a retail T-Mobile store in my 16 years of being with them. If I could have given zero stars, I would have. No acknowledgement when entering the store. No someone will be with you shortly or anything. We eventually left and went to the location close to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Walked in, was acknowledged and helped as soon as we entered the store.

I had the greatest experience at a tmobile store today I was having so many issues and Martha the lady that waited on me was so patient with me she really made me feel very relaxed and she kept reassuring me that everything was going to be already and it was I'm very satisfied

5 employees in the store and all on their phones. I waited for 30 minutes (my lunch break) for them to tell me they dont have any phones. I believe I'll be going to AT&T......

This store was literally terrible and rude. I walk in just to find out if they had the iPhone 12 Pro in stock. They refuse to tell me before signing in, which forced a family with a baby to wait outside because of COVID restrictions. So I sign in and wait, finally get seen, and they still refuse to tell me if they have the phone until I go through the whole process of them taking pictures of my drivers license and turning “find my iPhone” off of my original phone. The employee working with me also kept having to answer the phone while working with me even though there were 3 employees sitting at desks doing absolutely nothing. There is no point in going through that whole process if they don’t actually have the phone I want. If they would have just told me they didn’t have the phone then I could have left and the family would have been able to come inside immediately. Terrible service. Go to a different t mobile store and don’t waste your time here.

I love Sprint!! Anytime I call or go in, which is maybe every 2 to 3 years for an upgrade, they always thank me for my relationship going on 19 years now. This location has definitely improved, the wait time is less than 10 min and issues are always resolved with the great staff there!!

Service staff at this location was terrible. Our staff person was incapable of showing sympathy for our personal situation and didn't seem to want to be at work helping customers that day. Additionally, she totally misunderstood what we were asking and didn't verify what it was that she was doing. We were very clear with our request, so we didn't think she could misinterpret what we were asking. Of course less than 48 hours later, the entire account was canceled (not at all what we asked)! ♀️

This is the slowest service for a cell phone company I have ever seen we have been here 45 min after signing in no one has greeted us and when I check the que we are still number 5. Worse customer service to just have people sitting here and not greeting them I wish I could take a picture one Rep sitting there playing on her phone.
