Gabriel was great! He got me in and out of that shop as fast as possible. He knew what he was doing and was super skilled. Service here depends on who you get. Everyone that works here are hard workers from what I can see but some may be less friendly than others…

Worst experience ever. 4 different day’s spending hours waiting to be serviced! No place to sit while waiting and then charged $70 taxes on phone that was free to try for 14 days. Why was I charged for a phone that’s free to try for free for 14 days?? This was not mentioned to me but told to me when I returned the phone and after it had been deactivated. How can you keep taxes on a phone that wasn’t purchased??

I cannot say enough good things about my experience last night at T-Mobile! My phone had been hacked, it was terribly outdated, and I was switching carriers and had been dreading and avoiding the trip for some time. But I couldn’t have had a better experience! All of the staff were amazing and patient, answered all of my questions, and set me up with a new phone and Apple Watch that were ready to go when I walked out the door! Special thanks to Brittany for holding my hand through this process! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thanks!!!!!

Terrible customer service. Waited 30 min before an employee even acknowledged me. If I didn’t have to pick up my ordered phone here would have bailed. Will be looking for a new carrier asap. Pathetic

Walked in to purchase an iPhone 14 today (6/6/23 5:30 pm) in cash and leave. Did not get greeted or acknowledged. The darker toned gentleman was helping a woman and after she left he decided to assist the other store associate instead of grabbing one of the new customers in line. Missed opportunity for a sell today.

Went in to ask about two specific issues I was having with my phone. Was actually planning on upgrading to an iPhone from a piddly Motorola because I was having issues connecting to Bluetooth in my car. Second issue was that an update had caused the brightness level on the phone to decrease to the point that, even when it was turned up to the highest brightness setting, it was still too dark outside and was draining the battery unnecessarily.I went in to ask about the two issues and, Martha, the employee, apparently presumed I was just taking up her time and she all but wrote me off like I was a burden. I used to go to the T-Mobile in Pelham at Southgate Village but it's apparently been shuttered since. I'll never be back to this location. Martha didn't bother to ask if I spoke Spanish (which I do) and apparently it was entirely too much work to do her due diligence in English so guess what, Martha-- you just lost TMobile a phone/ case/screen protector sale. Congrats!

These people are absolutely clueless, scamming people out of money. Tmobile DOES NOT cover areas of Hoover, homewood, hueytown. They will sell you a device and a contract claiming it does. Then they will send you a bill for over $200 for 2 weeks of service for the 14 day trail/return period that you find out they do not cover your area. They will send it to collections BEFORE you even receive a bill. $200 for 14 days? They have no answers and they have proof the service was supposed to be canceled but was delayed on tmobile end, causing us to be billed. Complete negligence and laziness of this entire store and provider.

I just love my new phone. I swapped from Verizon to T-Mobile and I have been very happy with the change of service. Gabriel was excellent to work with and helped me decide which phone was best for me. Thank you for a great customer service experience.
