Shop was very clean, no screaming children, nice magazines etc, My wait time was very short. However.. at first, the front windows were nearly blacked out. There was something posted on the door in white paper, that I couldn't read from my car. I had to park and get out to see if they were open. Maybe there's some app I should have downloaded to my phone instead. My stylist was very pleasant, She seemed to listen to me as I described what I would like. I asked her about herself, and she told me about going to school for hair styling.But the thing is, I did not go there for a nice atmosphere or for pleasant conversation. I wanted my hair cut/styled. This young lady really made a mess of my hair. I think I could have cut it myself. I am seriously considering going (somewhere else) and getting my hair cut very short, so that it can grow back evenly. Maybe there should be better training and screening. In order to be fair to the young lady, I should mention that my hair is quite curly. It's not kinky, not wavy, just natural curls. Perhaps that is a bit more challenging than some types of hair. I must take responsibility, however. From now on when I go for a haircut, I think I should call ahead and ask if they have someone who is skilled with various types of hair, particularly curly.

Cici was incredible with my bosses special needs son who needed a haircut. She did a amazing job and made sure he was okay throughout the entire process definitely will be back!

I came in this morning and the waiting area was empty. 4 people in online check in. One stylist had just finished up with a customer. She slowly cleaned up her station and then proceeded to go in the back until the next person in the online check in cue showed up. I waited 15 minutes for that guy to show up. I understand they have online check in but he wasn't there and I was. I don't see any reason she couldn't take me. I decided to leave because I didn't want to wait to see if the other stylist did the same thing, ignore the guy that walked in and wait for the next online check in. The online check-in is very convenient and I've used it before but this is not how you create customers who always come back. I will not be returning to sport clips. 35 dollars for a cut and wash is crazy for a chain haircut place and that's without the tip. Now I just received a text from sport clips saying that if I'm not in the waiting area I could lose my spot in line. So this confirms that she was supposed to take me because the other guy wasn't there yet.

It's alright, it's what you expect from big chains. They sell the experience and products rather than nice haircuts. If you find yourself wanting a really nice haircut, a more locally owned barber.

Drove 20 minutes to the store and arrived about one hour and 10 minutes before closing. I checked in and was about to turn to sit down when I was stopped and asked if I had checked in online. I said no. I was then told that I could not be seen - they were full for the day. Obviously, I thought I had arrived with plenty of time (they put up an "online only" sign AFTER I checked in and was told to leave). I was told there were four people ahead of me and only three stylists (which seems like enough staff for 70 minutes). I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I'd driven 20 minutes and it was well before closing. Same answer, no concern for my time - not even a future discount for the time I'd wasted. Her actual response, "we're not robots" and "there are plenty of other places around here to get a haircut." So, after years of using Sports Clips, I'll take her advice on a permanent basis and find somewhere new.Service: Haircut

Made a call about 4 minutes before arriving at the store. Asked the employee what was the current wait time, she advised about 5 minutes. She asked if I had registered online. I let her know that I had attempted before but was unable. I drove straight to the shop ( less than 5 mjnutes). When I walked in the door she asked if I had just called ( while I was putting my number in the registration device). She blurted out did you register online? And that it was now a 50 minute wait. She could have taken a moment to register me since I told her I couldn't when we spoke. Unfortunate that this business does not understand customer service.

Whoever runs this business location needs to update the Sunday business hours on Google, so that it does show as Open, and people don't needlessly drive to that location - just to find it closed. Waste of gas.
