Smarter nails is the rudest place I've ever been to in my life. I went to get a pedicure and a fill in today, and this man was doing my nails, he was very aggressive with hands, he continues to cut me with the drill, and when he got to filling my nail for the shape, it was very sloppy, so I politely ask him would he fix the shape. He then threw his file down and told me to go somewhere else, I'm literally confused as to what happened, I asked are you asking me to another salon, he then says yes, that he will not be doing my nails. So I ask is there anyone that could complete my service and they all just look at me and pretend as if im not speaking to them. That was the most embarrassing thing I've ever dealt with. I will never recommend anyone go to this place.

i never leave bad reviews but i went in for a full set and pedicure. had a fine time in there until i realized the guy doing my nails was rushing and didn't even try very much on them. 2 days later one of my nails that are completely see through by the way (not supposed to be) breaks and i go get it fixed for free which was generous of them. THE NEXT DAY one of my other nails breaks while i'm putting on my shoe? i got these done a week ago for WAYYYYYY too much for them to be breaking like this. very disappointed.

place is calm and they are very friendly, work very hard, and very passionate about their work. This is the only nail shop me and my mom come too and we were never disappointed!!

For starters, this establishment is very nice and clean. I walked in, signed in and was instantly seated to be serviced. Tony did my nails and he did an amazing job. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he delivered on every detail. I definitely plan to see him again in about 2 weeks!

I was told over the phone an SNS polish change would be 37. Then I was charge 50% more. They charged me $55. The nail tech asked me if I liked the shape she did and I said yes then they charged me for the shape. In addition to all this the nail tech cut me and made me bleed. Now my finger really, really hurts. So I paid for a polish change that I’m literally in pain from now. I will never be back and will make sure I tell my friends now to come here.

Service was quick and employees were so nice and welcoming. Experience was great, got a deluxe pedicure and would definitely recommend!
