They check your bags/recipts at the door which isn’t a huge deal but the lady checking bags (Dee Dee was her name) pointed out that my top was inside out. Completely fine, I acknowledged and thanked her but then she proceeded to touch the back of my shirt to look at the tag, under the guise she was helping but it went on for enough time that it felt as if she were checking to make sure that the shirt wasn’t theirs. (The sweater I was wearing I wore over another more revealing workout top.) Overall left feeling uncomfortable, the back and forth about my top being backwards went on too long. Just an odd experience

Since when they make the customer take all hanger and put that to the rack when they get in line ? I went to ross last week in alabaster and they did the same. I don’t mind to helping but don’t make that like our job. That’s your job

Super rude ! We paid and the lady was literally rushing us. Then another lady at the door clearly seen us pay and asked us for our receipt and bag with a horrible attitude. Never again shopping at this Ross.

I went into Ross on Sunday, Sept 29th. I have never seen a more disgusting bathroom. There was puke outside the bathroom door, covered halfway by a napkin and left. The stalls were filthy, every bit of the toilet paper was removed from the holder and thrown on the floor. I stopped a woman heading to the bathroom with her two little girls, I told her how filthy the bathroom was and that I wouldn’t want to take my children into the bathroom. I told management and they closed the restroom for the rest of the day. I work at Costco, and we have quite a bit more customers, our restrooms never get like that. But that’s the difference when management who actually cares.

Horrible store to shop. I don't think anyone cares about anything. Associates are staying and talking , while customers are waiting patiently.

Big Back guy checking receipts at the door. What does a thief look like??? Get more cashier's and clean up the store. Man hours gone to waste. Won't be shopping there ever again!!!
