The truth is that I had bad treatment and bad attention because this man who appears in the photo insulted me for paying him with u. $100 bill and he said that it wasn't a bank to have change and the truth is I felt offended because I was buying some things for my baby who was about to be born and I was with my pregnant wife and the truth is I didn't understand what it was. It was his problem because I was neither stealing nor begging, I was buying like any other customer, even a lady who had a hard time, was upset by his treatment and asked him to call the manager and he never called him, she told me to leave. That he was going to call the police as if I were stealing or doing something bad, it was really in bad taste because when I was going to pay him for the purchase I made, he started speaking to me in English and I didn't understand and didn't pay attention. But when I saw that he repeated the same thing many times and in an offensive tone, I put the translator on my phone and it turned out that he was scolding me because I was paying him with a 100 dollar bill and that he was not a bank to receive those bills and After he scolds me, he charges me and he reluctantly takes the bags in as he leaves the store and I stare at him because I don't understand what is happening and he ends up running out of the store because he was going to call the police. very bad truth. I like his racism

Being a former General Manager at a different Ross, I happen to know that the main fitting room hours especially on the weekend (hours do depend on the store but being that high of a volume store, I would imagine it’s at least 12-6). If you are outside of those main fitting room hours, the self service fitting rooms (both) are to be unlocked. I was told by my DM that I would be fired if he ever came in and my main fitting room was not open per corporate policy. This was what I saw today at this location at 2PM. This isn’t even the worst of it. I know how hard it is to manage a Ross especially on a Saturday but this is unacceptable.

The shoplifters hit this place hard so there is little quality inventory left. I love the prices on the stuff they do have but they need to get a security guard because I saw a big ole pile of those anti theft devices on the floor.

I've always enjoyed shopping here.Ross has very nice merchandise at prices most can actually afford on a moderate budget. With Plenty to choose from and a variety of selections to choose from.Including plenty of seasonal mds whatever season we're in.At least, to me, that is how my experiences at ROSS haveAlways been. :)Unless you're hard to please, I believe you too will enjoy the experience of shopping at any ROSS location.THANK YOU ROSS YOU'VE NEVER LET ME DOWN.
