Apartments are beautiful, renovated, good space, nice kitchen and bath rooms and in a good location, I really liked them. It's a shame the leasing team can scare any client who wants to rent there haha, they're very rude, never available, and doesn't care even a little about their clients (I don't know if it was because we're not American). I made my application a Monday, I was in urge to move and needed a quick answer, I talked with leasing team about that, explained my situation and they told me applications lasted from 24-72 hrs, well, i called in Wednesday to see if there was any update and they told me they got my application but they don't know why, no one has checked it (2 days after we submitted and payed). They lasted MORE THAN A WEEK, I went 3 times to the office and called several times and sent messages to the office to check updates about my application and every time I called both of the girls who answer the phone were completely useless, and most of all, rude, I asked them if they can help me reviewing my application several times, and depending of who was answering the phone and in which mood, was the answer, but they never checked my application or solved anything. I went to the office on Monday (1 week AFTER my application was submitted) and finally found the manager who had been out of the office for a while, she solved the issue of our application in less than 5 minutes, and it was approved (of course we meet all the requirements) They never let us see the real apartment we wanted to rent (we just saw the sample apartment). We needed to move in July 3, we applied since Monday June 24 and they approved us until Tuesday July 2 (8 days for making a phone call???), also they told me there were some mistakes in the application and etc. and they were not capable to found them I had to review it and make them job, it's didn't lasted moren that 3 minutes, but they were not willing to help. Of course we got another apartment in other place, I was not willing to deal with that leasing team for maintenance issues or etc. in the future. Now I see the really bad reviews they have in google and is not a surprise haha. The apartments really have potential, but leasing team don't know how to bring a good service.

I said I wasn’t going to stay anything but I’m genuinely sick of it. I lived at this complex for three years before moving back here last year & this has been quite the worst experience this go round. The water in the entire community gets shut off atleast 1-2x every week for HOURS. Why is the water being cut off every week for “emergency maintenance”? Nobody bothers to tell us what’s going on & we pay rent here. How do you expect people to pay rent & pay on time when you can’t maintain the upkeep of the community? This never happened my last time living here. This needs to be investigated. Places like this make apartment living so difficult.

The only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the convenience of the location and the layout of my unit is actually quite nice. Other than that it’s been a nightmare since moving in. After multiple attempts to contact the management team, it has been made clear to me that they do not value their tenants. As you know, it’s been 80 to 90° outside over the last few weeks and the air conditioning units are barely functional to not functional at all. When I first moved in at the end of April my air was not working completely and it took weeks of phone calls and emails to finally get it fixed just for it to go out again not even a month later. I have made a request for them to repair the air conditioning unit within my apartment, as it has ranged between 85 and 90° within my apartment since going out. The leasing office does not return my calls or emails. I’ve also had an issue with my trash. Each unit is provided with a trash can for valet trash but I have not been able to use mine since moving in. It was never emptied from the previous tenants (it’s not in a trash bag) and when I spoke with someone in the leasing office the Monday after moving in she informed me that someone would be by that same day to take care of it so that I could start using my trash can. Here we are in June the trash is still full and even after talking to multiple people, multiple emails, and voicemails I have received no response or update. For this location to be so close to the Galleria, you would expect the quality to be at least decent and I’m actually disappointed because the place has so much potential. However, the management team has made it clear that they are more interested in charging my monthly rent, than making a comfortable and quality environment for their tenets.

The maintenance is terrible. The A/C of my unit hasn't work since the 1st week of May. The repair requested a lot of times but the staffs completely ignored it and never answered emails. The temperature of the unit hits 90 now.

I was having issues with my A/C and Wade fixed it for me. He is very nice and apologized in the delay of getting the issue resolved.. He is very professional and will ensure that the job gets done.

They have said if u call and get on the list that pest control will come, they have yet to come. we’ve called for multiple weeks still nothing. The dishwasher is always broken, maintenance never came to fix our fans, there’s a hole in the wall that the apartment put in there and never came to fix. To top it all off, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude when we called about a payment issue.

The new property manager and assistant seem to be nice, however, the maintenance staff is awful. I just see them sitting around the complex and while they are inside they can’t stay off their phone long enough to fix things properly. This place has gone down since I moved here. It’s a sign it’s time for us to go. The amount of the rent does not match the experience. Just over it. This is after a massive water leak where I requested mold to be checked and sprayed for.
Update: I don’t know if it’s the maintenance staff or the property management as to why things continue to go downhill. Probably a combination of the two. After having to call corporate for the second time in 1 1/2 months and a 6th maintenance request. They finally came and pulled rotted wood and placed new wood and painted it white. They are supposed to come back and paint it to match the color of the cabinets, doubt that will happen. Just glad the smell and moldy looking stuff is gone. I give them 2 stars for effort. Still way overpriced for the lack of commitment to the upkeep of the community and individual units. Also wanting us to pay things they should be responsible for.

Warning: Should your property be under the management of "Allegiant Carter", it is advisable to not rent your house. The Pool is just for show off, opens only 2-3 month during summer. This firm has a reputation for implementing undisclosed fees mid-billing cycle, effectively increasing your monthly expenses without prior notification. Additionally, the maintenance services provided are unsatisfactory, and their emergency maintenance hotline fails to offer timely assistance for urgent matters.

I gave two stars based off the fact that I love my apartment's layout/size. I have no issues with my neighbors or the community as a whole. I moved here in March. It took about three months to get working A/C. Currently, I have been reporting issues with my freezer not freezing and my refrigerator either cutting cold enough to freeze my produce or not getting cool enough to keep coffee creamer or orange juice. I have had the problem for months. I was told in November I would get a new refrigerator. Apparently, we now have new management and I was since told this month by Whitney Womack that they have to work by priority. How is not being able to buy and keep groceries not a major priority? My freezer is literally empty because I had to throw everything away. I renewed my lease this week (I am not from here, but will be working harder on finding somewhere else to live now) and was told twice this week I would have someone following up with me on this matter I still have not heard anything. I spoke with Ms. Natalie Brock about this Monday 1/22 and then called Wednesday after not hearing back. I have taken further steps which is also costly as I am well aware of Alabama's Landlord/tenant laws. Sidenote: the water at the complex is questionable as it has been turned off due to issues maybe about ten times since I've been living here. I really hate moving and I love the location and my unit, but I seem to have no other choice. I have emails, phone logs with times, maintenance request, etc to back up what I am saying. There are other small issues that are not as important as the ability to buy and maintain groceries so I won't mention those. This is also a barrier with maintaining meds and a needed diet for health reasons. Eating out and eating "shelf food" is not a good option for me.

If i could do no stars I would. I was excited to move here when I got the approval email and etc but the same day of the move in date I found out that it was denied that morning….and like a fool i actually put all of my eggs in one basket, because i was sure that i would be approved, but I guess not. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I didn’t know that they were in the business of giving false information and hope. No one could explain why or give no alternatives. still till this day I was suppose to receive an email on why I was denied & still haven’t heard anything
