Every single employee at this location has always been extremely helpful and friendly to me. I see plenty of negative reviews about different branches of regions bank, but this one is honestly the best one I’ve been to yet. Completely positive experience.

Horrible. Go to another Regions and stay away from this one! Always a wait at least 10 minutes long. Usually one person working drive through and one person working walking. But always 3 or 4 other people setting in there cubes that never offer to help! Stay away.

The hours and Google map for this place are incorrect. They are not open on Saturday, nor are they located on a bridge at the Cahaba River! Huge inconvenience. (The branch itself may be ok, I wouldn't know.. Because THEY AREN'T OPEN) Updated.. 5 stars!! They do exist just the Google map marker is at the wrong place!!
