I a black woman went in to this store with my 2 daughters to buy hair for one of there bday and as soon as we went in the old Chinese lady can from around the till and started to walk behind us to see if we would steel and the when we were going to cash out we stoped to look at some wigs for fun then the stared deid into our eye this was so weird but when we came to check out she stood behind us my youngest daughter was looking at nails and lipgloss she then came up and pretend to restore the nails and lipgloss shelf and every shelf my daughter came to she ethier shoved she or pretend to stock the shelf .THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS ?

Awesome selection and of the three to four times I've come here, they have been super professional and kind. They don't take their customer base for granted or treat them like criminals.

The guy that works here is so nice! He always very kindly greets me and doesn't pressure me to buy things. He is very helpful and tries his best to match me up with what I need or he'll offer to order it. They have a great selection of products, supplies and hair. Give these folks your coins! You won't regret it.

Today, my daughter and I happened to stop by Queen’s Beauty. I’ll be back because of how professional and courteous everyone was. That’s not my usual experience at a BSS regardless of who the owners are.

Went a few days ago just to see what they had..I only wanted an assortment package of earrings....I had intended coming back in a few days when I get paid....the earrings were $2....the girl behind the counter...the kind that looks down on you....she said we have a $5 minimum purchase policy....I was going to use my debit card...so I said ok I will pay cash...she said WE DONT TAKE CASH(NOT SURE WHY BUT WAS ANGRY at this point)! She actually mumbled "come back when you have money)!. NEVER WILL GO BACK!!

I would not recommend this establishment. The customer service is poor. They really don't want to assist you in any kind of why and they like to be argumentative.
