WHY DOES THIS PUBLIX NOT HAVE SELF CHECKOUT?!?!? This store is ALWAYS busy, and I ALWAYS have to wait in line to checkout, even though they have multiple checkout lanes open. It’s always slammed, and no matter what day I have to go there, always have to park at least half way out the parking lot. I avoid this publix unless I literally have no other option. Oh, and let’s not forget that it’s nearly impossible to exit the parking lot—heaven forbid I ever have to turn left getting out of there. 😳 So frustrating.

This is my regular store and I’m here all the time and the cashiers and baggers are ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL. But today, I had a disgruntled, soaking wet 2 year old and Steph and Chris were wonderful and attentive and didn’t even remotely make me or him feel like a burden. You guys are amazing! Yay Steph & Chris!
