Yesterday a woman was hit by another customer inside the store and none of the employees did anything to help her and even the manager refused to give her support in contacting the police. Was this because of her apparent Hispanic origin?

Store is clean, they have decent variety, just not sure all the associates or or management care. Instacart order placed and notified it was ready. Arrived at store and waited for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, associate came out and said the chicken that we had ordered from the deli had to be cooked. They asked if we were willing to wait an additional 10 minutes, at this point I had no other option. 30 minutes later receive notification that my order was heading outside. Again 15 minutes later after that had to head inside to customer service. Still not ready! Associates couldn't have cared less... Best part?? Manager is standing right there and just walked off. The man just walked away!! I was certainly not ugly about it and not someone to cause a seen. I was floored with the lack of concern with the employees, but stunned about the manager.

I'm giving 5 stars because your decorator in the bakery named Dawn. She is an absolute GEM! She assisted me with my cake and helping me decide on what to get. Spectacular service!

Always helpful. Such a clean store! Love the space and people. Slid in sideways tonight just before closing. All were still polite and helpful as always. I was thankful to get what I needed!

Always love Publix! It is clean and well stocked and there are no strange smells! Big turn off when you walk into a place where you are purchasing food!! Employees are always helpful and nice.

All cash registers(2) backed up I then went to self check out. The 2 team members 1 for bagging 1 for self check out reminded me this is a no cash checkout. Which with cash in hand told them I will use credit. They went back to talking while I scanned and bagged my groceries. I understand it is self checkout but the Publix I am use to would assist the customer before talking to friend.
