Didn’t even counsel me on how to use my meds, very disappointed felt like Publix should be wwwaaaaayyyy!!!! Better than the rest. Imma go back to Walmart just because it seems like they care more.

Very disappointed with my last experience at Publix. I go to this publix very often because it is convenient. I usually get a 15 or 20 piece wings with buffalo sauce in a bowl. Well this time when I asked for a bowl they told me I couldn't have one I would have to get a 50 piece wing in order to get the sauce which threw me off guard because I always receive a large bowl when I get my wings. Willing to pay the bowl they still told me I couldn't get it and I would have to result in getting a small sauce cup they have which isn't enough for a 20 piece. Highly disappointed

I visited this location today. I waited in line behind two customers. When it was my turn, Abby turned off her light and told me her register was closed. I told her her light was on when I got in line and I'd been waiting. She didn't care. Luckily a manager was passing by and I asked if it would be okay if Abby checked me out. He said, of course. Abby proceeded to slam my groceries as she rung them up. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any Publix. I hope this was an isolated incident.

I simply called to find out if they had my medication because it is on back order and I have called over 40 places 5 of them being other Publix and everyone has given me this information except this Publix asked to talk to a manager. The lady on the phone was rude and the manager was worse. I would not recommend this place nor will I be ever give them my business?

Kind of the place that sets the bar for any of your grocery shopping needs. All locations look and feel clean, and this one is no different. Shelves are well stocked and everything is very neatly organized. Produce are always fresh and meat always looks good. Full service bakery for a quick easy dinner, or a last minute dessert (They make really good cakes). Prices are a bit on the high side, but shop the sales and you'll do just fine here. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. I'd recommend this location.

For example, I had a question about French fries and 7 Up, and Keith made sure to give me the help needed to complete my shopping. Keith has helped me on other shopping trips to this Publix. Publix constantly delivers in service and products. They have some of the best products and the prices are competitive. I can always count on finding my fav items and much , much more! This particular location offered the same as all other locations. I received great service and I was quickly checked out once I got to the register. Nothing compares to consistency and great service- it's PRICELESS!! I found this location to be crowded during my visit . It's located within a strip mall setting. However, it isn't difficult to get in and out of this Publix location.
