Blake, Gavin and Ethan-wonderful to work with. They were very careful with my belongings. And while I was running around like my hair was on fire, they were cool as cucumbers. So patient. Thank you guys. Should I ever need you again, I will call.

Prestige Movers handles your items with care and in a very timely fashion for a great price!! Blake and Grayson were excellent, professional, and you can tell that they really know what they’re doing. I will definitely be calling them for my next move!

I hired Prestige Movers through Hire a Helper and Blake and his team were prompt and quick to move my stuff into my POD.Unfortunately, the packing they did for my POD was not up to par and much of my furniture broke due to poor packing. I have over $1000 in damages. I provided furniture blankets and other blankets that they simply laid on the ground of the POD instead of wrapping my furniture for protection. I offered bungee cords and ratchet straps to help secure items but Blake refused stating he didn't need them. I wanted as much stuff in there as could fit but Blake could have made a call and told me it wouldn't work and things would be damaged and I would have removed items. All my wood furniture was exposed and now are broken, scuffed, and scratched, and they damaged other items in the POD. Unfortunately, I now have to file a claim and hope I receive some sort of monetary compensation.Prestige movers was efficient and quick, but not the best quality. Consider a different company if you want movers to pack a storage unit for you.

This company was absolutely amazing. I called them last minute to help unload and assemble some furniture for a high profile client. They were more than willing to help me and my team. They were quick and professional. Everyone was nice and respectful. I’ve already booked them again for 3 days from now!

I hired Prestige and was impressed by the courteous and hard-working young men and owner. They moved things quickly, carefully and did it with a smile. Even though I have a difficult driveway to maneuver that required them to go up and down a steep hill, they never tired or complained. I have never experienced such polite and genuinely nice movers. Highly recommend!

I used Prestige by way of Helping Helpers. The staff and the movers were nothing but nice and professional. The problem came with they packed my items in the POD. I had two leather chairs with torn spots. Retail at $900 and I got $100 towards the damages from Hired Helpers. My relatively new sofa from At Home in Homewood was obviously put down with no protection. It has dirt and dark spots along with leaves all over it. It was not cheap either. They didn’t bother to sweep out the POD. A night stand has a big nick in it. I am still trying to locate power cords to items. They were supposed to unload the POD for me but on that day I had to cancel because I have a disabling condition that just flared up and there was no way that I could have moved that day. The gave me back $200 out of my $250 deposit. Considering all the damage I could not believe that they took $50 from me. As it turned out I was glad that I had to cancel because of all the damage. Again very courteous and that is always good but need to be more careful with customers belongings.

I appreciated the high level of communication and prompt responsiveness from the initial inquiry until the end of the service. Expectations were set and I was told who would arrive and what time they would arrive. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves. Once they were provided with the move details they moved quickly and handled items with care.
