Have wonderful items,BUT the male service worker in a certain back area is so rude, my husband and I was trying to get his attention by saying excuse me he totally ignored us never turn around but another couple came while we was still standing there and was so happy and willing to help them. We left with nothing although we really was loving the inventory they had. I've should have said that it was the hoover store.Thanks for the feed back

David was a great help at the register when he asked if I wanted to sign up for rewards. He was also super friendly and had a kind personality. I will start shopping in there more knowing there are caring, friendly people who work there.

I went into Petco on 1/23/2025, shopping for a customer and Dakota saw that I was lost and confused 🤔 and she assisted me with finding all 10 of my items. Thank you Dakota for helping me.👍👍

The staff was friendly and helpful in helping me to locate the items I was shopping for (dog harnesses). The cashier in particular found my pre-existing Petco membership, updated my contact information and saved me a few bucks! Great experience!

PetCo was awesome! Tyler and Soup are amazing! My pet really enjoys going to see them. The care they provide to my fur baby is phenomenal. I highly recommend Petco at the Grove.

consistently for the past few months, the youngest worms they had in stock were born over TWO MONTHS ago...for people who may not have reptiles that need worms, this is so so crazy because meal worms live up to 4 months, BUT they don't put enough in there and they die so quickly. please treat your reptiles the same way you treat your puppies/cats...
