Went in to drop off a package for a return and was told oh just hand it to me I'll put it in my bin. I said okay can I get a receipt or can I add insurance, and they said no you can't do that and I said well can you just scan it and give me a receipt? I said I need some kind of record that I was here and dropped it off. She said no just leave it. Instead i went to the actual FedEx store down the street and the lady there scanned my return and handed me a receipt for my records. So protocol is not being followed at this location. There's no way I'm going to drop off a package at a shipping center and not leave with a receipt. How am I going to have any record that I was there or actually shipped the item? I've used this office Depot several times in the past but I hadn't been there in probably at least a year. Things are different there now.

Weddings have a way of throwing expensive curveballs but the staff here were friendly and accommodating !

I just stopped in at this location. And I met the nicest woman. I needed to print a copy of a bill of lading And the people in the printing area wasn't there so I need to go to the copier myself. I thought oh no how do I do this. And Deborah was nice enough to personality walk me through it. Office Depot needs more people like her.

Have an estimate in writing, Leia manager on duty will not honor the quote given to me by employee on duty. She says there should have been more details on the estimate given to me justifying the charge of double! Not my problem,! I have two quotes for different amounts saying a specific price, quoted less than 5 hours ago. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store, Staples is much more reliable and honest.

I love this location. Everyone is always friendly, nice and professional.
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience Sunday when Jake refused to do an exchange of an item purchased in the store the week before. An employee gave me the wrong product. Instead of an exchange, Jake refunded my money back to my credit card and made me purchase the correct item. He said Office Depot doesn’t do exchanges anymore and hadn’t done exchanges for one year. I’m appalled he thought it was okay to lie to me and not perform an exchange after his staff was deficient with product knowledge because they gave me the wrong product. Not cool.
I hope the staff gets training on product knowledge.
I hope Jake receives training for cultural competency.

Any store can boast to offer great service, but Van Singleton, the manager of the Hoover Office Depot, is the "real deal"!
I needed some office supplies yesterday (5/14/24) and as I entered the store he was talking to one of his associated and immediately asked if he could help. He took me to the products I needed, helped me take them to the cashier and then helped me take a large office desk mat to my car..... friendly, professional and helpful. What a great example to his employees. Better than an "online buying experience". Thanks, Van.

Leah and Kiki… ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!!! I messed up an order and Leah was able to fix everything and get my order in less than 10 minutes.Customer service like that? You just don’t see that very often these days.
