“I came into the pelham location in March to upgrade my S22+ to the 24 Ultra. I left after paying the taxes for the phone with both devices so I could get the data transfered from my old device to the new one. The next day I stopped by a corporate location to turn in the older S22+ for trade in value. I was told by the corporate location employee that I wouldn't have to pay taxes for the new phone had I purchased it from a corporate location instead of an authorized retailer. I was very upset of course, believing I had been cheated. I returned to the Pelham authorized retailer for Verizon, intending to return the phone. The staff told me that a $50 restocking fee would be required to do so. At this point I was even more upset at the situation.

After much discussion I learned that the taxes for an upgrade would be charged regardless. With corporate locations they charge the taxes for the full price of the phone over the 36 month agreement and the authorized retailers charge the taxes up front (this is the policy of those location). You still pay the same price either way.

The staff at the Pelham location handled this perfectly. Justice Gibbs and Megan Childress were very respectful, patient and professional during the transaction. I've rarely experienced this level of service. This is what I look for when deciding who to spend my money with. I walked in very upset and walked out informed and happy about my purchase.

I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone living/working in the Pelham, AL are or anyone driving through. Of the 10 or more Verizon stores I've visited this is 100% the best. Thank you Megan and Justice for taking such great care of me today.”

“I came into your store on Saturday March 30, 2024 at 8:30 pm. After driving from out of town to the Apple Store. My phone had to have 3 hours of repairs so I could make it back home safely w gps. Apple wasn’t able to connect my att service back. So I had 30 minutes to get over to att. There I met a very kind young man named Bill. He went above and beyond to help me get my service bk up. He even stayed til 9:30, 30 minutes after he was supposed to close and go home. But I needed WiFi to complete set up of my service. He deserves much more of a shout out for everything he did to help me. He had a very disruptive customer all while helping me. He was very kind to them and tried explaining that what she needed was out of his doing. He has a baby on the way and I pray he does great in life! With a personality like his, he will go far!! Please commend him and praise him for being a dedicated att employee!! He was amazing!! Bill is all I know. Thank you. I was able to use my gps and made it home safely!! Thanks to him!!
