My Miracle Ear hearing aids were purchased in Montgomery. I recently moved to Bessemer. I was having problems with my hearing aids and the Miracle Ear in Hoover was the closest one. I knew from the first time I walked in that I was in the right place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Brandon, the audiologist was awesome. He immediately knew what my problem was and fixed it. I would highly recommend Brandon and his team.

I have to say Brandon was wonderful!! He repaired hearing aids for me that were not purchased from Miracle-Ear! I was desperate to find somewhere in Hoover to fix them and he did so and didn’t charge me anything!! Thank you Brandon for saving the day!!

Just wanted to say thank you to Brandon for honesty and letting me know that I had nothing to worry about at this time. I had a ENT doctor tell me I had 50% hearing loss in my right ear. I panicked and went to see Brandon at Miracle Ear and he performed a hearing test and said that I had better hearing than he did. If I had listened to the other doctor, I might be wearing unnecessary hearing aides right now! So again Thank You Brandon!!

Brandon Austin & Angie are awesome. I’m the caregiver for my 99 year old Dad. Brandon fitted him with hearing aids & was very caring & patient with him. Dad has required maintenance & repair several times, & Brandon has even made visits to his nursing home. Highly recommend this very professional team!

I have had my hearing aids for a year. From the moment I walked into the Hoover office Brandon has been so helpful. The entire process has been very professional. I received a helpful booklet to keep track of every day experiences and questions. I come for visits and checkups throughout the year. These visits are all free. During the last visit I was given a new hearing test to see if there were any changes. My hearing aides were updated, with no cost. Many advances have been made in the hearing aides and Miracle Ear has taken advantage of these. Plus, they offer longtime care and support. I am so happy I chose Miracle Ear.

I have had my new hearing aids for about 6 months. I have worn hearing aids for about 8 years. The key to good hearing is to have a competent provider. Brandon at the Hoover office is as good as it gets. He is willing to spend the time and effort "to get it right". And the best part, he is always available to assist with fine adjustments as your needs change. He is the best and I highly recommending Mirical Ear and the Hoover, AL office.

Just under a year ago, my wife and I moved to the Hoover area from Southern California. One of our biggest concerns was finding an equal level of service that we were used to, for all of our health needs, including my use of hearing aids.My concern was immediately removed, once I met with Brandon at the Hoover Miracle Ear location.I've used my hearing aids for over five years, along with it's overnight battery recharging unit.For instance...last weekend, my overnight battery recharging unit died. I immediately went to the Hoover location looking for a solution,.Unfortunately, they couldn't replace my slightly outdated unit at their store. But...Cameron went above and beyond the call of duty in finding a replacement battery charger within their Miracle Ear network, and within two days, my problem was solved.That's what I call service!Thanks for welcoming me/us to Hoover... your commitment to serving customers like me is so very much appreciated.Doug Green
