Called to make a service appt for my 2007 c280. Which is in mint condition. They said oh we can't look at it. If it's not 2010 or newer. Total bull crap. Very disappointed. Won't buy my next Benz from them at all. Don't go here

My daughter and I picked up her car from Mercedes dealership in Atlanta. She got two new tires but all the way to Birmingham we felt vibrations when accelerating. We knew we had to get it check before we head back to the ATL. We went Mercedes Benz Dealership in Hoover. Ryan was very helpful and answered all our questions. He took good care of us.

Needed an emergency repair on our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Class C RV. Took it in at 8:00 am with no appointment and was out by 10:00 am. They were incredible (replaced ABS sensor, changed oil, and fuel filter). Fantastic job with great service at reasonable cost.

I love this dealership. I didn't purchase my car there but I go to get service done. I've been able to make my appointments easily, great service, and they keep me updated and make sure I understand everything. Donovan was my advisor and he was great! Unfortunately he's not there anymore, I now have Ashton who is just as awesome. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions just to make sure I understand properly and they always have patience.

Went to get all the recalls and oil change done on our 2021 Wayfarer. Juliette and Mallory were very accommodating and the services were all done within a reasonable amount of time. We live in Florida and are very glad we made the drive. Highly suggest this dealership since the work directly with Tiffin.

Any dealer that hits you with a market adjustment needs to be boycotted. Good luck with these guys!!!! Sticker price is a 40% mark up is that not enough?

We had issues with our GL550's cooling fan and thermostat malfunctioning during our drive across country to visit our parents. Even though the vehicle wasFrom the time I spoke to a service tech about my issue while we were pulled over on the highway outside of Birmingham: fo the service agent who set up my appointment and a place to park my RV; to the the service manager fo executed an overnight on the needed parts to repair my vehicle. These folks are top notch!! EVERY PERSON observed COVID-19 protocols, the service area was super clean, the customer lobby was comfortable with coffee, tea, soft drinks and plenty of snacks....all complimentary. My service manager was Donovan Santana. He was very professional and personable....TOP SHELF. He let us know he appreciates our patronage, and treated us and our vehicle's needs as if it was the only vehicle in the shop. Because of the team's efforts, all issues were completely repaired and we were back on the road and had a smooth, uneventful 5-hour drive to our parent's home.

Excellent service and top notch customer service. Very friendly staff person waited on me for the service of my vehicle. The wait was not long at all. Attention ladies: if you take your car in for service, make sure you have a Louis Vuitton bag. There was 5 of us waiting for our vehicles and all 5 had a Louis Vuitton handbag Just a little humor for the review.

Just purchased a Storyteller overland, and the van is amazing but the service here is even better! Micheal helped us out all day picking us up from the airport, getting us lunch, and filling our tank up! So incredibly helpful and answered our 600 questions about the van lol! Thank you guys!
