I’m a Tidal Wave monthly subscriber. I park in a garage at home and a parking garage at work most days so my car stays clean on the exterior, and I frequent the vacuums instead. But I was parked under a tree all weekend, so my car ended up covered in tree & bird debris, and I was desperate to take it through the wash. In I roll after 8pm on a summer evening with a NASTY car. I was not prepared for how much “elbow grease” those guys gave to make sure all the junk would actually come clean in the drive thru wash! All with a smile. And at the end of a shift I’m sure they were just ready to be over. I was beyond impressed. Bravo!

They've turned into Anthony's by way of broken vacuum hoses that go unfixed, nasty towels and never more than 2 bottles of glass cleaner regardless of how busy it is. The grounds are full of trash; you'll feel like you're at a gas station in Atlanta. The car wash itself if great - and the kids that work there are very nice - this location just needs some leadership and someone who understands that people want to CLEAN their car with CLEAN towels, they want vacuum hoses that are CLEAN and work, they want the parking area to be trash free and they want readily available glass cleaner.

I love it at Tidal wave!!! The employees actually do the pre scrubbing for you. I have used other for years and they are the only ones to totally remove all the bugs from my bumper and mirrors the 1st time.

I was sold for one month,or made to believe it was one month. looked at bank account and the took out 2 months ( 49.00 ). without mentioning this would happen. not one word. That's unfair and bad business practice..Never again !!!!!

Had a great experience after being a member here for 2 months. BJ was extremely helpful and unprompetedly spent the extra time on a patch of bug guts I've had on my truck for quite some time. He went above and beyond and I was so impressed I went to the manager to tell him how BJ gave me such wonderful customer service.

I’ve been coming to tidal wave for years and recently got a membership. LOVE it! Everytime I pull in the staff says welcome back and they make sure the parts on my car that the wash can’t reach are scrubbed. Caleb does an amazing job making sure I’m good with my wash and sometimes helps dry it!

I visit this location 1-2 times a month. There is usually little to no wait and it’s very clean. I love that the vacuums work so well and there are towels and cleaner available to wipe down any dust on the interior of the vehicle and clean the insides of my windows. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Tidal Wave in Hoover, Alabama, and it was a fantastic experience. The facility was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming for me and my family. I would highly recommend Tidal Wave to anyone looking too clean their vehicle. ?
