I’m glad you guys were open on 31st of December the New Year’s Eve. As a person who desperately needs his car to make extra money, I was going to have really hard time waiting till January 2nd to go to the place that I got my brand new tires originally from to have them look at it. Thank you guys so much for being open when most other places are closed.

We were traveling from out of town and started having brake issues. Luckily, Mavis Tire was close by and still open. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped immediately. Rob and Michael were so nice and extremely helpful. We would recommend them to anyone, and wish they were closer to where we live.

The Greystone 280 location is wonderful! The manager Rob is extremely kind and very helpful. We had an issue with my mother in laws tire and just randomly walked in, we told him we were having an issue and he worked us in immediately and took care of the tire issue and got us back on the road!! Awesome service and very professional!!

We dropped by to get some tires. Although the tires I would need were not in today, Mr.John was so helpful and diligent about ordering what I needed to get me taken care of in a timely manner. Both gentleman at the front desk were courteous and made a “no” today, but yes for next week, a nice experience

I woke up to find out that I had a some kind of leak in my tire. On the way to work I filled my tire up with air, well around lunch time I got back into my car and saw the psi has dropped again… I ended up going to Mavis to see about getting the tire repaired. There I met Rob and Donald both super cool guys. Rob told me it would be at least a hour before I could be seen but if I was in a rush one of his guys was working at a nearby store and could help me sooner. I was told to ask for Noah. Traveled to the next location where I met Noah who just as the others was extremely cool. Noah had me taken care of within 20 minutes. The customer service given by all 3 guys were amazing. If I have any issue in the future I will definitely go back and see them again.

These people really do care?!!! Best experience I've ever had with car service!! Donald and Warlo proved to be professional and trustworthy, and gave me the best price on brakes, and a battery, and did it in seemingly no time at all??!!!... awesome is an understatement.

Mr. John was nice and very courteous to me. They immediately figured out what was wrong with my slow leak front passenger side tire on my Honda Civic 2007 and I was in an out within 20 mins. Very efficient and cordial folks here and for sure I’ll be back if I have any other issues. Very nice experience.

I pass this location all the time going to the gym and today, as luck would have it, I had a nail in my tire and just stopped in to see if thet could fix it. The bays were full but the guys there, Rob and Donald came out to take a look and assure me they could fix it, in just a second! He took a minute, pulled me in and got my tire fixed right away. They were engaging and friendly and I could tell just from waiting that they know their customers! THIS is the experience I'll pay for everytime! I appreciate them taking a moment to assist me quickly just driving in and with no questions asked and a smile on thier faces.I frequented pep boys for my tire service but after my last experience, then coming into such a customer friendly location, I'm certain that will be changing!Great job gentlemen on having a stand up customer experience.
