We were plagued with our own indecision and took a very long time deciding. Ryan was very patient with us and answered all our questions (some several times) as we went back and forth through the choices. Ultimately, with Ryan's help, we made our choice. Tallying up and finalizing the deal was fast and efficient. We're happy campers (and sleepers) with our experience.

We walked into the Hoover ,AL MattressFirm to purchase a mattress cover and walked out with a new mattress. We purchased the Purple new brand mattress and can’t wait to get it home to try it out. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. The location off Hwy 150 is very convenient.

I choose your store because my sister had a great experience there about 2 weeks prior to my visit. I was greeted by Ryan, who was professional, friendly and interested in what my need was regarding the purchase of a new mattress. He was informative but not pushy at all. He helped me select the best mattress for me in my price range. The rest was a totally seamless experience. I made the purchase on Monday and chose to have it delivered on Friday. Ryan explained exactly how the delivery process worked and when to expect phone calls regarding time of delivery. And it happened exactly how he described. I received a phone call Thursday evening confirming the date and 2 hour delivery window. Delivery day I received another call telling me the delivery truck was 30 minutes out. The delivery men, Mike and Tommy, were also professional, informative and efficient. They had the new bed up in less than 30 minutes. They gave a demonstration on the new adjustable bed frame, which is amazing by the way, and hauled away the old stuff. Mattress Firm is like the Chick fil A of mattress stores. Other retailers could learn a lot from the way you do business. Thanks for the great mattress and purchase experience.
