The service we received is spot on and the ladies, OH the ladies, who run this store are quite possibly the sweetest, most kind and considerate I’ve ever encountered.Even though I only bring my LOAD every 2-3 months they greet me by name and are always quick to acknowledge my 3 year old son in the back seat, who they gave a sucker to once, and now they are his “best friends” and he remembers. If they don’t have sucker one day, I promise there will be one the next.I can’t say enough great things about W & S and look forward to the smiling faces each time I drive up. See ya soon :)”

“I wanted the sleeves to a blouse shortened. The buttons(3 each sleeve) were removed.The sleeves were turned up, twice, the folding was tacked in place. The buttons were sewnon the fold of the cuff. I was not measured by a person who knows how to alter garments(red flag). Spoke with owner, ask me to bring the blouse back, so he or an employee can seethe blouse and decide what to do. The company needs to hire a seamstress who knows how to do alterations. The button holes were covered by the buttons, can’t button cuffs.”

They called me a few times and I couldn’t pick their call thinking why is someone calling me from Alabama. Somehow I picked up their call once and they told me that they had my shirts. “Hands down one of the best cleaners/alterers I have ever used. Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, pressing, and stain removal, but their repairs and hems are incredible. They were able to repair a button on the back of my Burberry trench (which involved deconstructing the coat, fixing the button, and putting the coat back together), and repair a vertical tear along the button line to a Marni button-down without it being noticeable. They have removed old drink/food stains from numerous coats and jackets (easily >5-year-old stains) that we assumed were lost causes. Aside from their excellent services, they have always been incredibly kind and helpful.Service: Alterations”

The lady working was very nice and promised she would have them ready which she did and she and it was during Christmas break. A joy to see a smiling face and kind words! “The washers and dryers worked. Yes, there were a few out of order but I was the only person there so not a problem. It did need a little housekeeping but I wasn’t grossed out. It smelled like a laundromat; soap and dryer sheets. No mildew smell at all. I am currently waiting on a part for my washer so this location was convenient to my neighborhood. I will be back if my washer breaks again. Great experience!”
