No cashiers at the checkouts. Customer service desk associate would not even look at my husband and I. She hollered from behind a beam “CHECKING OUT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!” We were the only customers around. The store was almost empty. It took us a moment to respond to what she was saying because we weren’t sure who she was yelling at. During our transaction she didn’t look at us. It’s been quite a while since I’ve been treated so overtly rude by a store employee…anywhere. I won’t be shopping there again.

The customer service that my friend and I received at this Kohls was HORRIBLE !!! The cashier even scrolled on her phone while waiting on us. Very different from my 1st AWESOME experience that’s caused me to open a card and come back. This time made me reconsider all of it. Missed opportunity !! 😢

I’m actually ASTONISHED by the way the MANAGER acted towards me in here. I asked a question about pants that I had previously & she walked away while answering my question. I’m disgusted by the management here. You chose to work in customer service, & it takes NOTHING to simply be kind. Please do better.
