Shopping at Kohl’s Hoover was quick and easy. I found what I was looking for in the size I needed. Check out was quick and easy. 3 lanes were open. I was able to use my coupon and get Kohl’s cash back. I will be shopping at Kohl’s Hoover again!

Wow - did I ever experience tremendous service! While visiting the Kohl's in the Grove Shopping Area in Hoover on March 27th
Floor Manager Carelton & Cashier Harriet took great care of me concerning a difficult return and reringing the replacement merchandise. Carelton went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Kudos again to Harriet & Carelton for truly caring about their Kohl's Customer!
